Never book this hotel, why? I gonna tell you every single points coming!
1. Paid tourist taxes during checkin and got a scam when checked out, luckily I communicated with their manager, make sure you keep the receipt and transaction record from your bank/ credit card, so you won’t be scammed.
2. Water suspension & Water pressure is not enough
If you want to terrify yourself when you are catching the flight in the morning, and during the shower in the morning, water suspended three times. And the water pressure from the tape would be even stronger than the shower…
3. Woke up in 7am even on vacation
Their cleaners will wake you up at 7am every single morning by making hard voices of pulling up the vacuum machine up and down, door slammed for uncountable time.
4. The lift was tiny like toy
There was barely enough space for one big and one small luggage and a tiny Asian girl. Never visit here if you have more than 1 luggage or you are taller than 164cm.

Completely adequate and comfortable for one night. Room clean, bathroom small and well maintained. The windows were very soundproof. A very noisy house. Rooms on the top floors are probably quieter. Very good location for all sights. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Excellent location & great/friendly hosts. Compact hotel but very comfortable. Clean & tidy throughout. Would have liked kettle & mugs etc in room. More sockets & wall hangers would be great. Minor improvement would be strength of shower.

Small, nice, clean hotel in a good location, ideal for a Parisian excursion! A kind and efficient staff, where we keep a human side as opposed to the big impersonal chain. I highly recommend it !!

2-star hotel ideally located opposite access to the Metro. Very warm welcome day and night. Clean and comfortable room. Parisian breakfast without salt but very copious for €11 per person and served in your room. Lively neighborhood with restaurants and food shops.

At more than 11 p.m., following a mishap with a nearby hotel (Delambre), we found ourselves in this very well located hotel, close to the metro and the SNCF station. Perfect welcome by the receptionist who understood our concerns. We tried to make a booking reservation, but following pb, no confirmation. The receptionist offered us a room at a lower price: 90 euros per night. Exceptional value for money. The room is small but comfortable with TV and air conditioning. Impeccable cleanliness. We left the hotel at 5:30 a.m. to take our train, always with a smile from the watchman. If we need to come back, we won't look anywhere else. Plus, there is an excellent creperie next door.
