Never book this hotel, why? I gonna tell you every single points coming!
1. Paid tourist taxes during checkin and got a scam when checked out, luckily I communicated with their manager, make sure you keep the receipt and transaction record from your bank/ credit card, so you won’t be scammed.
2. Water suspension & Water pressure is not enough
If you want to terrify yourself when you are catching the flight in the morning, and during the shower in the morning, water suspended three times. And the water pressure from the tape would be even stronger than the shower…
3. Woke up in 7am even on vacation
Their cleaners will wake you up at 7am every single morning by making hard voices of pulling up the vacuum machine up and down, door slammed for uncountable time.
4. The lift was tiny like toy
There was barely enough space for one big and one small luggage and a tiny Asian girl. Never visit here if you have more than 1 luggage or you are taller than 164cm.
THINK TWICE AND READ MY COMMENTS BEFORE YOY DECIDE TO BOOK YOUR ROOM FROM THIS HOTEL.

Für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend und bequem Zimmer sauber, das Bad klein und auch gepflegt. Die Fenster waren super schallisoliert Ein doch sehr hellhöriges Haus. Zimmer in den obersten Etagen wahrscheinlich leiser. Standort sehr gut für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Viele gute Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe

Excellent location & great/friendly hosts. Compact hotel but very comfortable. Clean & tidy throughout. Would have liked kettle & mugs etc in room. More sockets & wall hangers would be great. Minor improvement would be strength of shower.

Petit hôtel sympa propre bien placé, l idéal Pour une excursions parisienne ! Un personnelle gentil et efficace , où on garde un côté humain à l opposé des grosse chaîne impersonnelle . Je le recommande vivement !!

C'est depuis plusieurs années maintenant notre hôtel de préférence lorsque nous venons à Paris. Sa proximité avec la gare Montparnasse, l'ambiance du quartier et le fait de se sentir dans un petit hôtel très parisien et personnalisé sont autant d'atouts qui nous ont séduit.

Hôtel 2 étoiles idéalement placé en face l'accès au Métro. Accueil très chaleureux de jour comme de nuit. Chambre propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner parisien sans salé mais très copieux pour 11 € par personne et servi en chambre. Quartier animé avec Restos et Commerces de bouche.

A plus de 23h, suite à une mésaventure avec un hôtel proche (Delambre), nous nous sommes retrouvés dans cet hôtel très bien situé, proche du métro et de la gare SNCF Accueil parfait par le réceptionniste qui a bien compris notre souci. Nous avons tenté de faire une réservation booking, mais suite pb, aucune confirmation. Le réceptionniste nous a proposé une chambre à un prix inférieur : 90 euros la nuit. Exceptionnel rapport qualité prix. La chambre est petite mais confortable avec TV et clim. Propreté irréprochable. Nous avons quitté l'hôtel à 5h30 pour prendre notre train, toujours avec le sourire du veilleur. Si nous avons besoin de revenir, nous ne chercherons pas ailleurs. De plus, il y a une excellente crêperie à côté.
