l, housekeeping good. Room - even though we paid for a superior twin room it was small. Shower over bath sprayed over bathroom floor - but the WORST by far was the breakfast experience. Breakfast 1: no smile, everything was too much trouble attitude, long wait and had to ask twice (as did other tables). Breakfast 2: different staff - wrong milk, wrong juice, had to remind re order (egg), had to ask second time for a hot drink ordered after a long wait - when my hot drink did not appear after 30 mins, waiter actually TOLD ME OFF for asking saying the kitchen had closed 10 minutes earlier! I firmly but politely stated I had been waiting 30 mins and at the very least 20 mins. Breakfast 3: part of the breakfast ordered did not turn up. I gave up and decided to write this review! NOTE: The. breakfast is to order not serve yourself! There are only long-shelf-life packet Madeline’s cake and jug water on offer in the sitting area. Room small and dark, courtyard rooms have little natural light. Plugs fall out of plug sockets easily. No plug socket near mirror. Shower water needs long run before getting warm. Water is not clear! I stay in Paris every month, this hotel will never revive my custom again. Incidentally - I live in France!!!!!!!

Lovely friendly little hotel, super location with great brasseries close by. Good to have a bath and lovely decor. Beds and sheets were fine. Twin room has view to inside courtyard but did not bother us. Great breakfast was included. Would go back

We had a fabulous stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location - very near several metro stops. The staff was wonderful as were the rooms and the daily breakfast. So happy with our stay there and would 100% stay there again in the future. We loved that they had adjoining rooms available - a rarity in Paris.

J’ai passé la nuit dans cet hôtel. Tout s’est très bien passé, la chambre était très jolie, confortable, d’une propreté irréprochable et calme. Des petites attentions à mon arrivée (bouteille d'eau minérale, petits pots de confiture, petit mot d'accueil manuscrit ), on se sent bien accueilli. A refaire !

This hotel is simply fantastic, and you will be happy to stay here! It’s a sweet haven in a lovely neighborhood, full of small shops and restaurants, and true Parisian vibe. The rooms (I had a peek into a few) are adorable, decorated with lovely wallpaper and furniture, including a comfy bed. Bathroom is spacey and spotless, and even on the 5th floor the shower is powerful. The breakfast is just right, delicious. The icing on a cake is the personnel: they were everyone so nice, smiling and helpful. I hope I can come back soon!
