The room is relatively small, but fortunately the facilities are complete.
The entrance is also relatively small, and the reception is very patient and the attitude is very good.
The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Champs Elysees and a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe.

Welcoming staff. I was warned about the elevator work. (In progress since mid-October).
One night stay on November 5.
Comfortable bedding, rather clean room and a decent size although long.
On the other hand, aging furniture and paint. We are more than 3 stars.
Very well located for tourism.

We stayed in this hotel previously and liked the service and location. However, hotel is doing a major renovation - nothing we don't know of as they informed us in advance. No lift at the moment and our rooms were in dire need of some love but i'm sure everything is part of the renovation plan. Polite and courteous service by the counter staff. Sadly, nothing amazing this time round but it was on us as they wanted to move us to another hotel but we wanted this hotel for its location. It was only a night stay so it was bearable. Would we be back again, yes why not! Just after the renovations though.

Beware!! Unsafe. Nothing like pictures. It’s a scam hotel. Tourist trap. 1 star is generous. Outright ripped off. Don’t waste your money. Go elsewhere!! Never would we go here or recommend to anybody lost half our money. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Ótima localização, perto de tudo: supermercados, bares, lojas, restaurantes, farmácias e da avenida mais famosa do mundo. Os atendentes são muito atenciosos e preocupados em agradar e prestar todas a informações. Gostamos muito.

Small hotel in a good, central location. Generally very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was quite good for Paris standards. Unfortunately, the room had water damage which has not (yet) been repaired (broken floor, swollen edges, broken faucet). In addition, the very loud ventilation (which runs continuously and cannot be turned off) means that the rating is lowered.

nettes kleines Stadthotel. Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber zum übernachten für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend. Kleines, einfaches Frühstück, war bei uns bereits im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen, von daher völlig in Ordnung. Sehr netter Empfangschef. Wasser im Eingangsbereich ist kostenfrei, was bei der Hitze im August wirklich spitze war für uns. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr klein, aber alles wird perfekt ausgenutzt und für den Preis wirklich toll.
