The room was clean... Small and very hot.. air con not allowed to be used .... Couldn't sleep and was told to open windows but street was too loud.. so all in all an average experience. Disappointed for the price I paid. Fraser

Absolutely incredible and luxurious hotel. Everything from the SPA to the rooms is very clean. It has an excellent location, right in front of the metro and train station, but there is nothing you can hear from outside because it is very well isolated. The SPA is amazing and offers everything you need. The girls at reception are incredible, super friendly. I will definitely come back and recommend it!

Very nice hotel situated next to train station. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Not luxurious but clean, comfortable and modern. Would stay again.

Location is very good, 8 minute walk from Gare du Nord and basically next door to Gare de L’Est - entrance to the Metro is outside the hotel’s front door. Having said that, we heard very little noise throughout the night. Maybe a top floor room (with views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur) helped a little. Breakfast was adequate, with a good selection, although somethings were present on some days, and not on others. Very clean and modern room, and no issues with the facilities. Welcoming and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel. Zu Fuß als auch mit Bahn ist alles einfach zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber! Man bekommt jeden Tag neues Wasser. Das Spa ist ebenfalls schön, der Pool ist etwas kalt, ansonsten aber super. Das Frühstück war von der Qualität okay, jedoch gibt es leider nicht viel Auswahl. Aber das Hotel ist sehr schön!

Davvero un buon hotel 4 stelle. Eravamo in una camera classic al 6° piano, piccolina ma con una intelligente ottimizzazione degli spazi. Letto comodo prese vicino al letto, cassaforte e wc separato. Hotel completamente ristrutturato di recente, personale professionale, metro sotto l'hotel e gare de l'est a pochi passi. Ottima la colazione con prodotti dolci e salati. C'è anche una Spa che sembra molto bella ma non ne abbiamo usufruito. Completamente insonorizzato sia internamente che verso l'esterno. Consigliato

Emplacement au top, hôtel, récent et sobrement décoré, avec goût, chambre aux dimensions acceptables correctement équipée mais où l’isolation phonique avec les étages supérieurs a été totalement bâclée et a gâché mon expérience.

Couldn't recommend this hotel enough! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early on our check in day and we were able to leave our luggage for the day until we could check in. The same for checking out. Our hotel room was clean, modern and very spacious (Room 107). We had a view of the main road. Gare De L'est entrance is quite literally as you walk out the hotel and Gare Du Nord is a short walk away. Although we mostly used Bolt throughout the visit, I wish we had used the Metro more because it was much simpler than we anticipated and Bolt wasn't always easy to get. The hotel is close to so many lovely restaurants / cafe's with friendly staff. Thank you Hotel ESTE for making a birthday trip a lovely experience and one to remember!

Hôtel très propre et moderne avec une vraie politique de respect de l’environnement. Il aurait juste été appréciable d’avoir une fontaine d’eau et du désinfectant à l’entrée de l’hôtel ainsi qu’un mini frigo dans la chambre. Bonne literie, les oreillers sont juste un peu mou. Sinon séjour parfait
