It was very good.
The staff were very kind and helpful to us, even though we didn't speak the language.
The breakfast was delicious, with only a few items - bread, juice, yogurt, and cheese. It was also nice that we could take the cheese and yogurt out of the fridge.
We were told that we could drink coffee and tea at any time during our stay, and the tea was freshly made with tea leaves, which was delicious.
The metro station and bus stop are very close, and the RER is not far away.
There are many restaurants and supermarkets.
I don't know much about the area, so I'm not sure about the security, but we didn't feel scared walking around the area at night.
The price was reasonable, and we had no complaints. We'll definitely stay here again when we visit Paris.

I loved the hotel as it was in a relatively safe neighbourhood and I felt safe coming back home late at night. The hotel room was also lovely and comfy for a solo traveller and I would definitely recommend.

In this weather, the air conditioner in the room was broken. The front desk staff replied that it was too hot, and it was not a problem with the facilities. The indoor temperature was 33.2 degrees. I will not say anything else

The front desk service attitude is very good, very enthusiastic! Free parking and breakfast provided! It is very close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees, about 20 minutes walk.

Great little hotel with fantastic customer service! The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond what was expected of them. The location was close to all amenities including restaurants, McDonald's, the underground and the bus stop. There was a small problem with a few ants in the bathroom but it was mostly resolved as soon as the complaint was made.
