Well, it’s not hot anymore, and it doesn’t matter if the air conditioner breaks down. The biggest problem with this hotel is that they haven't admitted their mistake. They also lied and said it was because I put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign, so they didn't clean the room. They also insisted that the air conditioning was good. I think money is secondary, but I think as a hotel, this kind of service attitude is really unacceptable. The room was dirty and there were bugs in the bathroom. After several e-mail negotiations, the hotel still refused to admit it, so the review must be negative. In addition, Ctrip said that the credit card payment was a deposit, but the deposit was not refunded after a week. After verification, it turned out that the hotel overcharged, so Ctrip and This hotel is extremely irresponsible. They made me pay for the hotel room twice and waited for the amount to be refunded.
