Beware of misleading practices. The hotel advertises "free cancellation" until the day before check-in for an extra fee. It also offers the option to pay at the hotel instead of in advance. Tucked away in a relatively quiet side street, reception is always staffed. Lucky I had checked Google maps beforehand so knew what to look out for. About 15 min walk from Gare du Nord.
Our premium room was a good size (for Paris), excellent wifi signal. Breakfast was outstanding, individual serving of boiled egg, fruit salad, ham and cheese, crepe, yogurt with coulis, bread, jams and spreads, croissants, pain au choc, fresh orange juice and coffee.
Location is just below Montmartre hill, about 5 mins walk from several metro stations. You can see the Sacre Coeur from about 100m away from the hotel. Area is hilly, but nothing too extreme. Good value restaurants around, if you like to explore.

Toujours le même plaisir d'être accueillis par Rose qui ne sait quoi faire pour vous être agréable .Le propriétaire de cette jolie maison est terriblement chanceux d'avoir une telle collaboratrice. Cette fois nous avions la chambre 15 un peu plus spacieuse que celle que nous avions la fois dernière. Très bien insonorisée bien qu'étant sur la rue. Nous n'avons pas pris le PDJ. Possibilité de garage à 100 m de l'hôtel, bien pratique. Bonne literie, clim' efficace car 30° à Paris. Bravo .

Ideal base for your Paris city trip, a 20-30 minute walk from 'centre' Paris, only a good 10 minutes from the station. 24-hour service, friendly staff, always possible to drop off or leave luggage earlier so that you can enjoy the first and last day of Paris. Unique rooms, spacious with a well-kept bathroom, always tidy. We didn't take breakfast, but there are some bakeries nearby. µ Definitely worth repeating on our next visit to Paris!

When you read the description of the hotel, it still so amazing to actually see it. It does not disappoint. All hotel rooms in Paris are tiny and so are these but when I tell you how functional, but still trendy. I loved it. Front desk staff all were helpful and gave suggestions on where to go. The steps are narrow and spiral, but it just adds to the charm of the hotel. As well as the small elevator. The location is perfect with so many restaurants and things to do. They are walking distance to Montmarte, which is a must to visit. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Paris.

The hotel is ideally located for a visit to Paris. The room I occupied is very well decorated with excellent bedding and a choice of pillows. I loved . The welcome is very professional and she guided me well for my visit to Paris and was very warm. The breakfast is complete with a savory part (boiled egg, ham and cheese), pastries, breads, jams and a very good fresh orange juice. It will be a great pleasure that I will return there. The hotel is a lovely, boutique hotel with super friendly staff. It is located in a quiet street that is close to Cadet metro and all the amenities you need to hand. It is also within 15 mins walk of Gare du Nord. The room I had was comfortable and clean. The facilities are starting to show their use, but that is a quibble. I do think they could provide more than just a couple of bottles of water given the price of the room. You can also hear people passing your room very clearly. The prices of Paris hotels are steep, but I would say that I was charged an excessive amount, but apparently it was Paris Fashion Week? An opportunity to inflate prices? The receptionist, a young woman from Albania, was a delightful person, very friendly and positive.
