Good location. Gentlemen at the counter very friendly and helpful BUT the lady staff very rude and no smile. No kettle in the room but can borrow from the counter without charge. Small lift.

this hotel is near to Metro Gare du Nord, Paris, Exit Number 2 from Metro. Small hotel but give hospitality for costumer. We can deposit our baggage in the morning free.
Enough facility in the room and bathtub is available in the room.

Nos quedamos una noche. El personal amable. La habitación un tanto descuidada aunque la cama muy cómoda.
El ascensor paraba a mitad de una escalera de caracol que por la mañana no funcionaba. Bajar maletas y carro de los niños,un horror.
El desayuno fue bueno.

The property is close and convenient to public transportation and there are plenty of restaurants close by. The staff at the hotel are nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and it is worth the price. However the property needs a thorough cleaning. The room was ok but the bathroom was horrendous. It was full of mold. There was mold all on the ceiling and in the shower. I felt cleaner before I took a shower. I will not stay at this property again based strictly on the cleanliness.

The property was convenient for v v short states but it has seen better days. The treacherous stairs were a nightmare esp as the lift wasn’t working

It was very convenient because of it's proximity to Gare du nord, which is where you can ride the train to CDG
