The hotel is in a good location, but it is a bit expensive and there is no free parking. Suitable for traveling and living. The rooms are very small, only 60 rooms in total. Very convenient to the commercial street.

Hotel bien situé à proximité des cinemas et restaurants. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Petit déjeuner servi sur des petites tables - pas très confortable ! Chambre et salle de bains très petites, presque pas de place pour déballer ses valises. Hôtel ne méritant pas les 3 étoiles

This was a very good location for walking and central for access to transit. My room and bedding were very clean, no signs of bugs anywhere. The water pressure in the shower was low, but i was also up on the top floor, and I'm used to strong pressure back home.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer breakfast, but I ate elsewhere as I was excited to explore the city. The elevator is tiny, max 3 people without luggage, probably not wheelchair accessible. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Die Rezeptionisten waren äußerst höflich, herzlich und freundlich. Sie haben uns bei all unseren Zweifeln geholfen und verfügten über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber und duftend. Und die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Neben einer U-Bahnstation und mehreren Restaurants und Supermärkten. Negative Punkte waren: Die Internetverbindung in unserem Zimmer war sehr schwach und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war ebenfalls niedrig.

Hotel très bruyant, particulièrement l’ascenseur qui fait un bruit infernal. Et lit trop court (mes pieds dépassaient). Cela ne compense pas du tout la bonne situation. Personnel sympa en revanche. Expérience décevante. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Very professional staff and welcome.
But the room was not clean, over three days and two nights, the sheets (which were stained in one corner) were not changed, not a single vacuum cleaner in the room.
The initial cleanliness did not meet the standards that one would expect from this type of brand.
Be careful with the toilet, it is not fixed to the ground...
We are well soundproofed on the street side, but on the corridor and elevator side it's another story, it's super noisy.
And the height of happiness, we feel the metro passing every 5/6 minutes up to the 4th floor.
The price is therefore particularly high compared to the quality and services offered.
