The location is close to both Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, about 5-10 min walk. It’s a small boutique hotel. There is so many stairs from the entrance to the elevator. The decor is a little weird. The color of the floor is not the most appealing. However, the room is clean and comfortable. They gave out free bakery and tea/coffee after breakfast. I would recommend for a stay with small luggage, but it will be a problem with big luggage.

The front desk of the hotel has good service and enthusiastically introduces places to see, shop and eat in the surrounding area. The street where the hotel is located is very European.

Idéalement situé, à 2 pas de la gare de l est. Très belle chambre! Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir celle avec la baignoire balneo!! Après le salon de l’agriculture ça a était plutôt bienvenu!! Adresse à retenir pour les prochains séjours à paris!

Hotel pulito vicino alla gare de l’est. Personale gentile ma la zona non è molto bella di notte! Peccato che avevamo prenotato una camera per due adulti e due bambini ed alla fine ci hanno fatto due stanze separate.

I can’t say enough good things about Lucien & Marinette. The location is less than 5 minutes away from the metro. Easy access to everything! Our room is very cute and clean. We had everything we needed. Best of all was the manager Pierre who helped us out immensely when we had to cut our trip short due to an emergency. Fantastic customer service! I am so grateful to Pierre and we will definitely come back to Lucien & Marinette for future Paris trips!

Hotel muy limpio, trato muy bueno del personal y desayuno completo. Habitacion amplia, colchon mu6 comodo. El hotel esta a 4 minutos de Gare de l'Est (3 lineas de metro) y cerca de Gare di Nord. En 15 minutos estas en el Louvre. Los alrededores son seguros. Hay supermercados y eestaurantes cercanos.

Hôtel très bien placé, proche gare du nord, chambre petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Personnel sympathique. La fenêtre était grande ouverte quand je suis arrivée à 20h30 dans ma chambre. Pas de pain au petit déjeuner, obligée d'aller le chercher à la boulangerie... Info : Métro qui doit passer sous l'hôtel, bruit dérangeant même tard le soir et tôt le matin
