A cute hotel that is comfy and clean. You can hear a bit of street noise which made it hard at time to sleep through the night.

LOCATION il grande plus. Centrale e silenzioso HOTEL superficie decisamente ristretta, si sviluppa in altezza con molte camere in ristrutturazione CAMERA piccola, ben attrezzata ma piuttosto vissuta. Aria stagnante. Bagno nuovo e molto pulito PREZZO economico

No hay armario en la habitación, tuvimos que dejar toda la ropa en las maletas, todas las planetas en obras, había polvo, el suelo muy sucio, los lavabos estaban limpios y nuevos, el desayuno muy pobre. Elegimos este hotel porque indicaban que hablan español y nadie lo hablaba. Es muy céntrico y rodeado de sitios para ir a comer, la zona muy bonita.

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful (when possible). Unfortunately the room was dirty and badly maintained. There was mold on the curtains, my towels has stains all over them, the bathroom was in a terrible state and the whole room flooded after taking a 2-3min shower. I stayed for two nights in the hotel and asked to change rooms but was told this was not possible and no other alternative was offered.

Non posso non dire che questo hotel abbia più aspetti positivi che negativi. Location perfetta, con metro e bus a disposizione a meno di 2 minuti di distanza. Personale cordiale e preparato, disponibile ad ogni esigenza. Servizi ottimi, come la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in ma anche dopo aver lasciato la stanza senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. L’appartamentino da 3 persone aveva una vista stupenda, dei letti comodissimi e un bagno bellissimo. Non mi sento di dare il massimo dei voti, peró, perchè nonostante la pulizia fosse ottima ci sono state delle piccole imperfezioni, come qualche pelucchio sulle lenzuola e qualche impronta sul vetro della finestra…ma insomma, nulla di grave! Esperienza consigliatissima, io e le mie amiche ci torneremmo volentieri.

This hotel was by far the worst I have ever stayed in. It was dirty and felled terrible. The shower was so dirty and moldy that I couldn’t bring myself to even take a shower the one day we were there. For the money we spent on this place, I expected cleanliness.
