When I checked in, the front desk told me that the room payment had been paid, and I only needed to pay a city tax of more than ten euros on the spot, and I swiped my card. In the middle of the night, the hotel directly deducted €507 from the card without permission. On 8/13, I informed Ctrip and showed the deduction voucher to the hotel front desk. The hotel promised to refund the next morning, but no refund has been received yet. In addition, the next day I found that the room type was not the Galileo (big room type) I booked. Both Ctrip and the hotel promised to refund the price difference of €50 when checking out. After one day, I did not receive a refund. I don't understand such a large deduction without authorization, and I feel very insecure.

Parfait, chambres « cocon » avec tout le nécessaire pour passer quelques nuits confortables et bien insonorisées.
Pas eu l’occasion de tester le buffet de petit déjeuner, mais il semblait copieux et varié.

La struttura è molto moderna e situata a pochi passi dal museo del Louvre , manca però il phone in camera e il kit di cortesia , quest' ultimo si può richiedere in reception, unica pecca la tassa di soggiorno più un extra tassa del comune non specificata nella ricevuta finale di 5 euro a persona, era scritto sulla ricevuta di ******* che avrei pagato solo 12 euro di tasse invece in due abbiamo pagato 31 euro per questa extra tassa del comune
