Boas instalações, num edifício antigo no centro da cidade, junto à estação de metro de Barbés. Staff simpático, prestativo. Limpeza do quarto OK. Pequeno almoço bom, croissant muito bom bem como o pão que era servido. Queijos excelentes miniaturas.

Apparement les clients sont de mauvaise « fois », il faudrait déjà commencer par apprendre à écrire français avant de vouloir faire passer les autres pour des menteurs. Je me permets de joindre les photos que j’ai prise dans la chambre pour bien montrer que je ne suis pas de mauvaise FOI. Et il suffit de voir la note de votre établissement sur tous les sites de réservation pour se rendre compte que vous êtes loin d’être irréprochable.

previously liked it. Upon checking in I felt a little off as the man charged me for the city tax and telling me I had to pay cash and would not give me a receipt and I thought I had paid it when I booked (which After departure I checked and I had) he then charged me more for the deposit then what was listed on *********** and even on the paper at the counter and he said it changed. Then surprise surprise after departure he took all of the deposit, I called and emailed and they said to contact *********** as they have been notified. They said I had damaged towels (which I hadn’t). I then contacted *********** and they had hiring from the hotel for a week and then they said I damaged sheets and towels (which I swear I didn’t). I asked for proof of damage and no one proofed with any nor an invoice. I’m so disappointed as I had previously really enjoyed my stay. But I feel like I was completely scammed!

La vicinanza alla Metto 4 e 2 ed a Montmartre ne fanno un buon riferimento a Parigi. Il prezzo è buono per quello che si trova in città. I nei sono alcuni: la ragazza della reception per nulla collaborativa, la pretesa di una cauzione di 200,00 euro, la mancanza del l’ascensore, il bagno a vista in camera con i vapori che si spandono nell’ambiente, zona mal frequentata, saletta colazione proprio minuscola, colazione non molto ricca ma buona, pulizia sotto i letti mancante. In ogni caso lo consiglio anche se con un po’ più di riguardo ai clienti sarebbe molto valido.

I hate this hotel. This hotel took 200 euro deposit to dry the small part of the bed. That was happened because the water bottle from my doughter’s bag accidentally spilled on the bed. What I don’t understand, how they can charge me 200 Euro to dry the wet part which should be dried itself within 10 minutes. Stay away from this hotel. They are double dealer. They already charged me 200 Euro still another 200 Euro in the provision. There was nobody that could speak English at the reception at night. And the rooms are not good with the sound insulation. For two nights I could not sleep well because of the sound coming from another room. There was a construction while we were doing check in process which should have been completed before. Just keep in mind, you may encounter many bad surprises with this hotel.

Good location. Clean & tidy. No lift however but kept you fit. Baguette and croissants with various accompaniments for breakfast with unlimited tea and coffee. Across road from metro and didn't feel threatened at all despite some young men hanging around trying to sell items. Great bar on corner with a nice vibe. Handy for burger king too.

Тerrible hotel with extremely rude staff. Upon arrival, they took a deposit of 150 euros and said that they would return it to us upon leaving the hotel by bank transfer. Until this moment they did not come back. So far they have not returned anything to us, they do not answer their emails and hang up the phone. Don't go to this hotel if you don't want to be lied to.

Bel hôtel. Cependant l'hôtel ne porte pas bien son nom selon moi. Il se situe dans le quartier de Barbes, qui est très bruyant, jour comme nuit. On ne se sent pas en sécurité dans cette rue. La chambre triple se situe au 5ème étage sans ascenseur. Nous étions 3 personnes mais seulement 2 serviettes de bain disposées en chambre (une troisième à été déposée après demande de notre part). Propreté du sol limite. Climatisation réglée à 25 degrés, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et impossible de baisser la température. Nous avons du dormir la fenêtre ouverte ce qui nous a empêché de dormir à cause du bruit. Petit déjeuner correct mais il ne contient quasiment que du sucré, 1 croissant et 1 demi baguette par personne. Aussi, en descendant déjeuner nous avons la malchance de devoir attendre 20 minutes qu'une table se libére (peu de tables au vu du nombre de clients). Point positif : il est possible de laisser ses bagages gratuitement à la réception le jour du départ. Station de métro très proche. Bonne literie

Very basic hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, basic facilities, basic breakfast. The Reception staff were helpful. Def a budget hotel good central location. You pay a city tax on arrival this is not mentioned on booking €8 for two nights. My only advice is it’s a dodgy area at night make sure you get a taxi. Don’t use the metro Barbès-Rochechouart it’s dangerous day and night lots of shady characters hanging around. If you’re concerned and can afford it stay in the other side de of Sacre-coeur.
