I stayed at The Saint James Paris for ten nights in May this year. After a few days, I developed an itchy rash on my back and legs. Initially, I disregarded it, but as it spread, I visited a dermatologist. They diagnosed me with bed bug bites and prescribed medication for a month along with ointment. Upon researching, I found other guests on TripAdvisor reporting similar experiences at this supposed "five-star hotel." The food quality was also subpar, barely palatable. We tried it a few times before deciding to dine elsewhere. Beware and exercise caution when considering this establishment!

We lived Paris Saint James. I have visited paris 4 times and this is it — Ive found my favorite place to stay! The service was impeccable, the entire hotel is stunning and the design is beautiful and meticulous. The neighborhood is also pristine and safe, however it’s a little farther from the biggest tourist attractions, particularly if walking is your main mode of transport (you’d rather uber or walk 15 min to a metro stop). This worked for us because we have already visited Paris many times. But this hotel is so much nicer than many in the city center, so it’s certainly worth it. Loved the pool and sauna as well! So lovely after a long day of exploring.

Saint James is a beautiful hotel on stunning grounds set back from the busy streets of Paris. The rooms are immaculate and well equipped and the welcome note, biscuits and chocolate are a lovely touch. Water is provided in the room and replenished as required. I had a dress dry cleaned, it was collected at 9.15 and returned by 3! The hotel is close to the Arc de Triomphe and about a 30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the library bar is a lovely spot for a cocktail - although the service is very slow (but friendly!). The Reception team are fantastic. You will certainly have a wonderful and memorable stay if you book this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights in a boudoir room . We were 4 cousins sharing 2 rooms . This beautiful house is situated in the middle of a beautiful garden and is very peaceful so you really don’t feel you are in a big city. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Luxurious guerlain amenities , wonderful bed. The minibar was very well appointed with lots of choice The staff are very professional and do a great job. Very helpful in many ways .the bar / library is a very cosy place to sip cocktails and the food is very good. Breakfast is not a buffet but really delicious pastries and good hot choice too. It is very well situated in the 16ieme which is lovely calm and safe neighbourhood. 15 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Élysée . Really made our stay special and would definitely return. We didn’t try the Michelin restaurant as we were put off by the unique menu with no choices but that’s our view but I believe they use products from their garden.

This hotel is a welcoming, classic, luxurious and pampering experience. It is run by professionals who at all levels take great pride in their work and customer satisfaction. We were upgraded to a suite through Amex which was beyond amazing, with attention to every detail of the multiple rooms. Although the property is unbeatable, what also sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff. Thank you Saint James for a lovely Paris stay!
