The environment is elegant and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is located in the 9th corner of Paris. In addition to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, there are many shopping stores nearby, as well as many Chinese and Korean restaurants. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping.

Location and service were good.
However, the wifi in the room (single room) did not work as well as expected,

Absolutely lovely hotel. Service and cleanliness of hotel amazing. Staff were so helpful and very kind. Hotel itself near to Galleria Lafayette by 15 mins walking distance and 5 mins to Metro station. Neighborhood is quite and shops and cafes.
Enjoyed to stay there. I would definitely come back again.

The staff is very friendly. But the room is completely different from the picture. It is very narrow. I stayed for 3 nights, but they only cleaned it once. On days without cleaning, I went to the front desk without replenishing towels. I was very shocked. Breakfast is a sober price. Without kind, it becomes interesting. There is no salad.

RAT INFESTATION. At night I could hear rate scratching and scampering around. One evening in the lobby a rat ran across my foot and into a piece of furniture. The receptionist said “what do you expect me to do about it?”. After I expressed my disgust he readily took out rodent glue traps from his desk and set them out. The hotel never once apologized or attempted to rectify the issue. Poor service, misrepresented hotel and in addition, I arrived at 3:00PM from an afternoon stroll and was locked out for 20 minutes. The main/only entrance to the lobby was locked from the inside. It was also locked at night which was distressing because I had to wait for someone to come up from downstairs to unlock the door.
