This small hotel is in an older building with tight spaces, a tiny elevator and small rooms, almost no place to put anything on surfaces in the room or bathroom. We did have a king bed, hard to find in Paris, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The desk staff here were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and patient and non judge mental about our imperfect French. The bathroom was somewhat annoying. The small shower had no lip, so the bathroom and space all around the toilet would get wet after even the shortest and most careful shower.

I looked for a long time to find a hotel that offered 2 single beds instead of one double and this one had the option. This hotel was very close to metro station, shops, food, grocery stores and a 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Quiet rooms, amazing breakfast, friendly staff. They also give you free water bottles, just ask! There’s a tiny elevator. Our room did not have a view but you can pay extra to have an outside view. The room was bright and the bathroom was nice and large. I loved that we could open windows for fresh air. I would definitely stay here again!

Hübsches kleines Hotel, hübsches Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf den Invalidendom, bequeme Betten, modernes Bad, nettes Personal; gutes Frühstück in kleinem Frühstücksraum; gute Lage, Eiffelturm zu Fuß erreichbar, Metro ganz in der Nähe. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Kaffee- und Teezubehör bestand aus Wasserkocher und Instantkaffee; ziemlich teuer für 3 Sterne (aber für Paris vermutlich normal)

A wonderful stay in a very friendly, clean and beautiful hotel. A great central location, comfortable and clean rooms with great interior and views. A really nice hotel in Paris, clean, really comfortable mattresses and the people are polite and helpful, they gave us umbrellas during rainy days! we will come back soon for sure, also the hotel is next to metro which is convenient.

My stay at the Hotel de l'Empereur was amazing! From the nice people at the check in to the most amazing view outside our balcony, this place has it all! The bed is so comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the shower pressure is great, and the room is so clean! This is such a hidden gem. The location is perfect. It is on a quiet street, but less than a mile away from the Eiffel Tower and right across the street from the Invalides. The breakfast is so good, with options like yogurt, eggs, veggies, ham, cheeses, croissants, etc.! We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful hotel. Very friendly staff. Terrific location. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris. We will definitely return on our next visit. Also, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Rue Cler and the Eiffel Tower are within walking distance. A Metro station is steps away.
