Hotel Arc de Triomphe - Paris

You can get there by taking exit 5 of the Arc de Triomphe and walking for about 5 minutes. Very good location. The room is very spacious compared to similarly priced hotels in Paris. However, the carpets were not cleaned and were very dirty. Dusty. I don't know whose fault it is, but on the day I first arrived, I made a reservation for 2 people, but they said it was reserved for 1 person. It's a double room and they didn't add breakfast, so what on earth is it that they don't let you in because they say it's a single person reservation? I showed them the reservation confirmation that I had made a reservation for 2 people and they let me in. Check-in staff with no flexibility at all. Warm water came out well in the shower. There are L'Occitane amenities inside. Elevator very very narrow. It gets crowded if one person brings a suitcase. Two people can ride. People with claustrophobia may not be able to board.

The location is the best. The breakfast area is small but has many varieties, which is great. The room facilities are okay. In a place where land is at a premium, it is understandable that the room is small. The service attitude is not bad, but the work is as fast as a snail. Especially after a long day, the door cannot be opened, so I can't give them good reviews. . I must mention the elevator. My husband and I had to hold our luggage tightly to fit it in. I weighed 96 pounds and my husband weighed 170 pounds.

I was for the second time in this hotel. Like the first time, I was very satisfied in every way. Both in terms of location, reception, cleanliness and staff.

We stayed as a family in the hotel with 2 young children. Everything was perfect bedding, staff, breakfast and above all the calm for a relaxing night. I highly recommend the hotel. It is close to subways, restaurants, and monuments.

Exceptional! Well located, extremely attentive staff, highlights for Amy, the Tunisian receptionist who unfortunately I don't remember the name of and the others no less attentive. Small but clean room, same bathroom. Amazing breakfast in terms of variety and quality! Highly recommended.

I was delighted with my stay. Extremely friendly staff. The bedding is excellent. A complete choice for breakfast. And a perfect geographical location. I highly recommend.
