臨時訂的，入住後感覺還不錯。5區治安尚可，但是離周邊地鐵站有一點距離，房間較小，總體性價比不錯。

You can't get hot water to drink unless you go to the corner in front of the front desk on the first floor. Security is not bad. The two boulangerie nearby are very delicious and the staff are friendly. Good access to subway stations and sightseeing spots. Uncles of the front desk are openhearted and are good. I was able to book a taxi. The taxi driver waited in front of the entrance for 15 minutes. People in Paris are impatient.

I stayed in a double room (one double bed). The room is sunny and has a terrace, which is very bright and clean. It's neither too wide nor too narrow. I didn't have enough space to spread out two L-sized suitcases, so I used a chair and a table to spread them out. There is a safe, a refrigerator, a TV, two desks and two chairs. An extra pillow and blanket were provided. It was convenient to use during a nap when it was a little chilly. The TV is mounted on the wall, and the position is high. It felt best to lie down and watch it. The shower has a bathtub. The shower room also has a door to the terrace, so if you open it a little and enter, there is a sense of openness. Location is good even if we say anything and there are pantheon, Paris botanical garden, Notre Dame sanctuary, saint Etienne church, Luxembourg palace, pon Neuf within the range of foot. Metro stations 10 and 7 are also nearby, allowing you to reach tourist spots in around 30 minutes. I was looking forward to seeing the fashionable streets of Paris from the terrace. Because it faces the road, it is a little noisy, but if you are concerned about it, you can close the window and it will not be a problem. For some reason, the air conditioner didn't switch on unless I held it down for a long time. The uncles at the reception were always kind, gentle and lovely people. At the time of check-out, I was happy to receive a simple greeting in Japanese. Bakeries, supermarkets, stationery, daily necessities, books, and more are available nearby. I haven't eaten breakfast. It was a ba*****t room.
