hotel modesto, pulito ma non curato nel dettaglio. è situato in una posizione ottima, le metro principali sono a cinque minuti dall’albergo! ho soggiornato solo due notti e non ho usufruito della colazione, pranzo e cena. la reception è sempre aperta e lo staff è disponibile per ogni richiesta. un punto a favore è che si possono lasciare i bagagli in hotel anche prima del check in d dopo il check out. in ogni caso lo consiglierei solo per soggiorni brevi, così da avere tutte le comodità sui mezzi pubblici.

Hôtel 3 étoiles situé dans le 9eme arrondissement de Paris, plutôt bon emplacement. Accueil normal mais sans plus. Point positif: bonne literie Points négatifs: LA CHAMBRE ce qui est un comble pour un hôtel encore plus pour un 3 étoiles puisque les murs sont tachés, abîmés, troués, les joints de la salle de bain sont moisis, l’évier n’est pas fonctionnel. Pourquoi mettre des rideaux si c’est pour être réveillé par la lumière du jour (ils ne recouvrent pas l’entièreté de la fenêtre quand on est sur le lit) , décoration vieillotte. Pas de bouilloire ni de sachet de thé/café à disposition dans la chambre .

Terrible hotel🤮. Horrible hotel with smelly duvet, pillowcase and mattress. The whole impression of the beautiful city of Paris was spoiled. I will never return to this hotel. I don't recommend anyone to stay here. The staff refers to the cleaning company, but that’s not my problem. The mirror in the bathroom is broken. the room itself is tiny.

L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione zona centrale piena di ristoranti, si raggiungono le principali attrazioni a piedi. La stanza invece faceva abbastanza schifo: Il divano era pieno di macchie, la carta da parati mezza staccata, ma sopratutto nell'armadio abbiamo trova degli scarafaggi.

I do not recommend, not worth the 3 stars, no bottle of water, no kettle, no welcome products… No soundproofing…. I had a room that had a broken lamp, a damaged bathroom door, wallpaper that was peeling off... The welcome was barely pleasant... There's better for the same price!

We stayed over Christmas 2022 and had booked a room for two people in advance. At last minute a third friend joined us, so we asked for an upgrade to the room. Even though it was obvious they had three people rooms available, they refused to upgrade the booking as there was a "No cancellation policy". It didn't help that we tried to explain that we were asking for an upgrade. Ended up paying for two rooms instead. The rooms were small, noicy and most of all unclean. Breakfast was minimalistic and not worth the money. Would never stay here again. Some pictures from the room attached.
