Hotel de Paris Opera

I clearly indicated on the site that it was an adult and two children, nothing was taken into account I had a room with 2 single beds Bad reception asking me to contact the site to resolve the problem Total disappointment

Too bad, we booked a room on Ctrip, but the front desk said they didn't cooperate with Ctrip, and strongly asked me to pay in cash, cash is too expensive, so I booked another room on booking, this one can check in, the front desk asked me how much it was on booking, obviously not satisfied with my online booking, and wanted to pay in cash, the same order on the two platforms cannot be cancelled, the hotel collected the money from the two platforms and did not refund it, Ctrip customer service has been negotiating, but they just refused to refund one order, the hotel said they would find the manager the next morning, and the manager still did not refund the next day, holding the money from the two platforms, really don't want to stay at this hotel, is this how they rip off money? The one on Ctrip that I was told could not be used, I booked it on booking, but they just held the money from both platforms and did not refund it, I said I could not stay for another night, it was pure rip off, everyone avoid thunder, it's too dark!!!

Perfect hotel very clean and very friendly reception I will definitely go there again .the location is very good .I recommend it

Too much noise, not well insulated from outside noise from cars. Noise between rooms Too noisy.

Poor facilities, small rooms, and narrow elevators.

Nice, clean, spacious and fragrant room! Breakfast not varied but nice enough and buffet, excellent check-in and check-out service and friendly staff! I spent two nights and I found myself well above my expectations reading other reviews, the only thing to underline is that upon your arrival they make you pay a tourist tax, I paid 13 euros for two people for two nights so practically nothing for everything else is excellent except for the wi-fi which doesn't work at all!
