Nous avons passee un bon sejour à l'hôtel the sing empire à new dheli c'était génial. Le patron de l'hôtel nous as fait notre voyage pour faire le tour du rajastan et 1 semaine au Népal. Nous avons eus des bons guides et un très bon chauffeur. Tout était génial. Les hôtels ainsi que l'organisation du séjours.

tres bon sejour, chambres cosy, agréable, confortable, hotel pied de la butte et du sacre coeur, personnel attentioné et de bons conseils je recommande, séjour typique parisien en plein coeur de montmartre, trs chouette nous reviendrons avec plaisir cet hiver

Im Januar 2020 Buchung von 2 Zimmern, im Mai Lockdown und Stornierung durch Hotel. Laut französischem Gesetz bekommt Hotel 18 Monate Zeit. In diesen 18 Monaten durfte die Erstattung nicht von uns gefordert werden. Nun nach Ablauf der 18 Monate habe ich die Erstattung gefordert. Ich habe aber auf keine meiner vielen Mails und Anfrage keine Antwort erhalten. Das Telefon ist immer besetzt. So wie es aussieht ist das Hotel nicht insolvent. Daher ist mir die Vorgehensweise fremd und kriminell. Sehr schlechter Umgang mit der Corona-Situation.
