Good location, near the metro, there are various food outlets.
The hotel room resembles Papa Carlo’s closet, into which you need to climb a narrow spiral staircase with a suitcase.
Cleaning is not regular - they cleaned one day, not the second.
The most unpleasant moment was that at the reception they charged me a city tax for two people, although I was alone, citing the fact that I was occupying a double room. I think this is a scam.

From the reviews I read I expected the worst, but all in all it wasn't that bad, close to the Brochant metro, a quiet and well-stocked area, there was everything from the supermarket to the pharmacy...

There was so much mold in the room and bathroom that I had asthma while sleeping there one night.
Fortunately the owner was kind enough to change my room which was much less unsanitary. However, the entire room, bathroom, curtains and blanket were permeated with the smell of tobacco. I thought smoking inside rooms had been banned for a very long time.
I had to buy essential oils to be able to breathe a little..
Obviously the photos on your site do not reflect reality.
Finally I was asked for double the taxes that were marked on my invoice.
This hotel needs professional advice to be one.

The room is small, the hotel is old. The bed is comfortable, the room is warm, there is hot water. An inexpensive option for this area. The only negative is very good audibility. If your neighbors are talking at 2 am, you will hear it;(no elevator, take the stairs.
