**Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service** I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. When I checked in, the male receptionist quoted me a price for a two-night stay, which I paid in full. However, the next day, I received a call in my room informing me that there had been a mistake and that I would need to pay more to stay the second night, which I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the female receptionist who contacted me was incredibly rude. She shouted at me over the phone and was equally disrespectful in person, making the situation very stressful and uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was dirty and not well-maintained, adding to the overall negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience. Better customer service and cleanliness are essential, and this hotel failed on both fronts.

Enjoyable and fun stay for partner's birthday. Used the private hamam and that was lovely. Rooms are VERY small but cute. Location is fairly convenient but parking was a struggle. Much better if you're using public transport.

Hotel has a theme, which I loved. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The breakfast was way better than expected. Hotel has steam sauna. The street noices did come in a bit, but in which hotel do they not, so absolutely wonderful experience.

It appears that you arrived at the hotel with a friend for a three-night stay. The next day, at around 00:25, you asked our receptionist for an extra room for one night. Our receptionist complied and you paid for your night's stay in this second room. At midday the next day, the receptionist contacted you to ask you to vacate the room (in accordance with our check-out policy). You did not appreciate this, feeling that you had paid for two nights in this extra room. You tried to blame us for a hypothetical misunderstanding, demanding that we make the second room available to you free of charge on the second night, which we obviously refused to do. You threatened to publish a negative review if we refused your request for free accommodation, a threat which has now been carried out. Super excellent interesting and fun hotel to stay in. Perfect for walking to Expo centre. Eccentrically decorated. Comfortable beds and showers that work perfectly. Many interesting eating places within easy walking distance. Although on a busy road the insulated glazing is 100% effective.

Very different. The rooms are decorated depending on which mortal sin floor you are on. We were on the floor of fury. The room looked like something out of a horror film. It was great! The staff were really nice with us. I would definitely come back, but stay on a different floor.

We loved this hotel! The room pictures don’t do the quality justice. All of the interiors are really high spec and well thought-out. It’s a little over 30 minutes to walk to the Eiffel Tower but there’s a metro station just 5 minutes away if that’s too much. We would definitely go back to try a different room

Very pleased upon arrival, staff were lovely. However when getting ready to go out we went to use the hair dryer, and inside we found DIRTY mens and womens underwear. Staff was apologetic when we confronted them about the issue. We was very concerned by this and wanted to move room as we was not certain the rest of the room was clean they told us we could not and that no one could come in whilst we was out to clean the room.

A great hotel, a fun twist on rooms with different options based on the seven sins! Hotel staff were great, organised a breakfast basket for us All organised as a surprise through my fiancé who proposed!

The two employees on the arrival day (25th of April) were very nice and welcoming! Through our stay it was really cold and we’ve asked three times for an extra blanket/Poohek and eventually we got an answer that the Receptionist didn’t get a permission to send us one! One the check out, I’ve asked my husband to make sure that the Receptionist returns him the 50 euro that we put as a deposit, and the blonde Receptionist that was there (first time we see) start yelling at us, and said (lied about) me saying to my husband to ask her to “give us the F***ing money! I told her that we don’t use the language but she kept screaming on us, I told her even if that what I said to my husband it’s between me and him, and that it is not of her business! Eventually we was supposed to keep our suitcases in the hotel because our flight was really late, and we didn’t cause we felt unsafe to leave it with her! Also, we staid for four days and the elevator was not working for 3 days. Also the breakfast buffet was really poor! Don’t recommend the hotel at all!

I think that the staff of a business should not be subject to external tensions. Your language was not correct towards our staff. Anyway you dont have to talk like that to someone in France. As for all customers, a pre-authorization to guarantee payable services is made, and is returned after checking the room. The pre-authorization is done by computer, there are always traces of the transactions with the GDPR process. Our bed are equipped to a duvet. We do not provide an extra one. After you have the heating sytem. I am very sorry to read, you didin't like our breakfast. We are often happier to read good feedback about our buffet breakfast. But it's important for us to read any impressions. At my turn, I didn't recommend you as customer. Your feedback is very important to us, and allows us to constantly improve.
