The hotel is located in a very convenient area, about 10 minutes walk from Gare du Nord and 1 minute from Poissonnière metro station.

We booked two rooms, a superior room(and requested 2 single beds in it) and an executive room. The superior wasn’t set as requested with two single beds initially. They tried telling me it wasn’t requested, but I printed my reservation and showed it- they did work to switch, though it took an hour. The rooms are small- I’m American so it was a bit surprising compared to a basic hotel room in the US. There is no dresser, nightstand etc. I wasn’t surprised though, it seems to be fairly standard in Europe. the executive room was more roomy— its bathroom is the entire lower level. The stairs were a bit steep but manageable. As a larger person, the wall toilet made creaking noises that I hadn’t experienced in any other toilet space. The room lights required the key to work, great from a conservation perspective, annoying since they only issued one key and you’re in the dark if someone leaves with a key. It was clean, a bit bare even. Could have used a photo on a wall for pizzazz. Staff were nice enough. Buffet breakfast was included and seemed to be a typical French offering. I wouldn’t have paid for it otherwise, there are far too many similar offering just steps away. There is really no lobby to speak of— so don’t expect to lounge in a common area. A small misunderstanding as we were leaving regarding something they thought we broke. They seemed to accept our explanation, but I remain ready to dispute a credit card charge if it comes to it. I wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again— in a stick with the evil you know sort of way.

Booked the Executive Suite for 3 people. The first room they put us in there was no room for any of our suitcases to fit. We asked to be moved to something bigger - they put us in a room where the bathroom had no shower curtain or glass to keep the water from going everywhere. We kept getting different answers from everyone at the front desk that we spoke to. One said we were in an executive suite, one said the executive suite was occupied, and one said there was no executive suite. The employees were nice but absolutely no help. I wouldn’t advise staying here if you are sharing a room with more than one person.

Stayed here 4 nights while in Paris and was very happy with the room and the hotel. The staff was exceptional (and I mean it) with regard to their friendliness and helpfulness. Metro station within 40 yards with access to anywhere in Paris.
