Booking with trip.com was inconvenient I do not recommend booking with this service but you should book with the hotel directly. The hotel is fantastic and we would love to visit again. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Antoine is very helpful and courteous, you can tell he loves his job. The decor and overall atmosphere is beautiful and charming so are the rooms. The rooms themselves are charming but not super outdated. I recommend the room with the patio it is beautiful and the view is great. Location is fantastic walking distance to many shops, cafes, montmartre attractions, tourist spots, Moulin Rouge, etc. very nice and charming seafood restaurant Mascott is across the street.

I was so excited to stay here for our last night in Paris after seeing it and hearing about it on our food tour of Montmatre in 2022. As we drove back from Dijon to Mr. Aristide, the hotel called to tell me they couldn't honor our reservation because another guest decided to stay in longer in our reserved room. Fortunately, they took the initiative to book us another room outside of Montmatre, so we did have a room to go to. Very disappointing. Not sure I would book here again for fear of this happening again.

Tolles Hotel, super idyllisch gelegen, wundervolles Ambiente. Das Personal ist sehr nett und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Gute Metroanbindung und fussläufig nach Montmartre. Umgebung von vielen Cafés und Bistros kann man hier nach dem Sightseeingtouren den Abend ausklingen lassen.

Incredible experience with the kindest staff I’ve ever had the pleasure. We haven’t visited Paris in 10 years until now due to a mixed experience back then. After our experience at Monsieur Aristide, we’re already planning another trip. Can’t recommend enough.

Great Hotel with a marvelous, attentive staff. The staff stored our suitcases until check in and after we checked out. We were offered complementary drinks when our room wasn't ready on time. We were given metro directions and restaurant recommendations. During the weekend, Antoine worked the desk and was so delightful. The staff replaced the water bottle in the room each day. While they may have been a little short-staffed, they made up for it in hospitality. This hotel is just a short walk to 2 different metro stations and the Moulin Rouge. We will definitely consider returning to this hotel if we're ever in the Paris area again.

Nous avons testé le restaurant de l’hôtel, le Café Aristide et quelle bonne surprise nous avons eu ! Les plats sont vraiment très bon avec du choix pour toutes les envies, l’ambiance du restaurant est cosy et intimiste exactement ce que nous cherchions, avec un service impeccable. Une expérience que je recommencerai avec plaisir ! Nous avons également pris un cocktail au bar, et je suis définitivement conquise.
