It is a very good location near the train station, and easy access to many places. The only thing we find is that the toilet is a bit too small, where you might not be able to have nice shower.. if shower is not an issue to you this is a very convenient location with the price.

The staff were very nice and helpful in, the hotel location is not far from the station.
Room is quite old and the layout of it not really comfortable.
But I was staying in many hotel I have issue with this hotel about asking for room deposit via creditcard. I stayed in this hotel 2 times, first time for 2 nights my deposit was around 70 euro but 2nd time only for 1 night my deposit was 170 euro. And since I used international creditcard so I have to wait for the deposit to be refunded.

Unfortunately I can't give more for the very poor cleanliness and the dilapidated interior. Bathroom flooring broken in some places with risk of injury, unstable door. Soundproofing 0. Cleaning with very noisy mechanical cleaner at 8 in the morning even on Sunday. Lock not working for half of the stay (to get back we had to ask the reception to open it several times).
Positive note for the reception guys, all kind and helpful and the breakfast was simple but both savory and sweet and sufficiently varied.
I booked with a considerable discount, at full price it would have been extremely out of value for money as there are also many other more modern structures in the surrounding area with more services at the same price.

Very good location close to the gare DU Nord. Many restaurants near by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable with a kettle and coffee provided.

Great location if you are traveling for airport or Eurostar. Really 5min walk to Garu de nord station. The hotels reception is very friendly and welcoming and room is really nice too. Oh! It is the first hotel to have a bath tub 🤣 highly recommend here for nice rest for tourists who had a very heavy walk..
