I didn't see any services or service personnel. There was no air conditioning or elevator. It was not suitable for the elderly and large luggage to go up and down the stairs.

We are really happy with our stay in Etienne Marcel street. We will come back with WS apar**ent because there are many equipments to cook. Very good shower and comfy bedding. The location is very good because we were in the center of Paris with many shops nearby

La situacion es inmejorable para hacer rutas. Tuvimos un par de pequeñas averias en el apartamento i al dia siguiente lo repararon i nos invitaron a un desayuno por las molèsties ocasionades. Muy limpio i confortable. Cambiaron las toallas i la limpieza muy correcta.

Decent room but very poorly soundproofed and very noisy street. Very noisy bathroom ventilation system. Excellent customer service. Clean and well placed accommodation. Too bad the apar**ent does not have double glazed windows. Rue Etienne Marcel is very busy, even at night. Much appreciated breakfast. Professional and punctual deliverer. I recommend +++

I was supposed to stay 5 nights and only stayed one. The sofa bed is really of horrible quality. I felt all the springs. My stay was "refundable". But they didn't come into it. Every time I called it was impossible to speak with a manager. I have twice received emails telling me: "we tried to call you but you did not answer so here is our decision, etc..." But I never received a call. I was in apar**ent 201. The apar**ent is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. The only pleasant room was the bathroom. In short, for me it was a very bad experience. For this price you might as well go to a hotel.
