Bed was very comfortable. We got the small double room, and if I was doing it over again would have opted for a larger room or suite. That being said, the room and bathroom were spotless and very up to date. The staff at reception were exceptionally friendly, and the overnight person at the front try desk was exceptionally helpful. The best of all was the remarkable breakfast and the attendants in the breakfast/dining room. Had heard about how wonderful breakfast was in France, but this place served an amazing breakfast. Give them a 10++++++!

I enjoyed everything about the stay. My top two favorite things:
1. the on-site spa which was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing,
2.the proximity to the metro which made it incredibly easy for me to get around to see the sights.
I highly recommend this property.

This hotel was very conveniently situated as I wanted to visit the Gobelins tapestry workshops. It turned out that the metro line was also a good connection for the other things we wanted to visit in Paris. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was on the ground floor, opening off the courtyard, so was very quiet, but if it had been raining I suspect we might have got wet just going to breakfast. The location also meant that we had to keep the net curtains drawn for privacy, and there was very little natural light in the room. For two days, during which we were out most of the time, this didn't really matter. Breakfast was very good, and we also enjoyed our session in the spa/pool, though you do have to book a time slot.

Pitoyable ! L'un de mes vêtements (pantalon de pyjama auquel je tenais beaucoup) disparu de ma chambre et le traitement de cette affaire s'est mal passé. Aucune proposition commerciale si ce n'est de m'offrir le petit déjeuner que je ne prends pas. J'ai donc refusé cette offre et je me suis presque sentie accusée de mentir sur cette affaire. J'ai envoyé plusieurs messages pour connaître les propositions que je devais recevoir par courrier et plus de réponse.

You could reserve the spa in advance via email. Max. 8 people can use this at the same time. It looks neat. There were bathrobes and slippers in the room. We had a room on the ground floor on the patio with a spacious bathroom. Coffee, tea and cookies were replenished every day. A nice chair would be nice, but we borrowed it from the patio. There is a lot of choice at the breakfast buffet.
