Yuna les Halles - Serviced Apartments

Very well situated, handy to many places. The walls are very thin and we had very loud and inconsiderate neighbours. Otherwise, we could have given a full 5 stars.

Clean, modern (electric shutters were a nice touch), spacious (1 bdrm apt), and amazing location. Close to metro and RER (1 stop from Gare du Nord), close to a ridiculous amount of restaurants, large grocery around the corner, and 5 min walk to the louvre. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and modern room in a great location! The room has a nice kitchenette. Great communication with contactless check in instructions prior to arrival. Our room was quite small but that is expected for Paris. The building had a small elevator.

Don’t come here! Extremely inflexible and terribly unkind staff. I am taking both of my parents to Paris for a week and accidentally booked a room for 2 guests instead of 3. I immediately contacted Yuna about my mistake. They did not let me change the weeklong reservation even though the room I booked sleeps 4 and has a $600 nightly rate. Yuna told me to cancel my non-refundable booking and would not help me change the number of guests. I would have lost $4,000+! We are talking about a hotel that has 9 rooms and a trip that was booked 8 months in advance. There was plenty of time to fix it, but they refuse to help. When you try to book directly, they want you to send them a bank transfer for the full amount in 24 hours or else they cancel your booking. Every hotel in Europe accepts credit card payment and my trip was in 8 months, so why would they need prepayment? They said it was for “security,” but it is NOT secure for the customer at all.

I have booked an apartment without cancellation. Due to unexpected circumstances we couldn't travel. I wrote them and explained the situation. They were amazing, not only cancelling with a refund but also writing me very heartwarming and encouraging messages. They are lovely people, and i thank them. I think it's just as important as good location and comfort. I can't wait to get to paris and stay with them. It's so nice to get a reminder that good people still exist.

Clean compact apartment in lovely area with great food, bars and shopping. Close to the Seine, Notre Dame and Pompidou Centre. Very conveniently located to Les Halles RERB for access to Charles de Gaule airport (35 mins) with escalator.
