The room is very small and the bed is tied 2 steps outside the toilet door. The water heater is a water storage type, please pay attention when staying in winter, you can't shower for 2 people in a row, the second person will have no water to shower.

Brilliant little studio, warm cosy and had everything you will need for a short city break. Excellent clear instructions sent by the owners. Studio was clean, secure and in a great location right by Rue Cler which is great if your a foodie like us! 100% would stay here again

This is a small European style efficiency apartment. Small cooking area. No casual seating. This is a good property with an excellent location. We usually stay in the Rue Cler neighborhood and this is very close. You can walk to many of the museums and attractions. The Eiffel Tower is about a fifteen minute walk. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance. No elevator, you self check-in and you communicate with the property manager via cell phone.
Property was as advertised, clean and equipped for small cooking. The laundry room was clean and there is no charge for the machines.
Would I recommend this to a friend, yes. We are seniors, I'm 75 and it is a walk-up and we travel with a 50 lbs. rolling duffel bag and two backpacks. Stairwell is small and circular. However the bag only needs to go up once. I found this to be as advertised and I would rent here again.

Highly recommend this property. Great location in Paris and is close to lovely restaurants, train, supermarket etc, extremely clean and has everything you need. I will definitely return here next time I’m in Paris! Thank you Béatrice et Emmanuel Meublé Eiffel for providing such amazing accommodation!

Espace de vie étroit mais très fonctionnel. L'endroit est très bien situé près des boutiques, restaurants, métro et surtout la tout Eiffel. Des travaux d'entretien des aires communs étaient en cours lors de notre séjour, je suis comvaincu que ce sera très propre une fois terminé.

It's huge garbage, don't go. It doesn't have a boiler, it's a water heater and after 7-9 min hot water stops coming out and comes out cold. It does not have an extractor for the hood so forget about cooking something if you don't want to die intoxicated by the smoke. The lockers to store the suitcases are indecipherable ( if any work ) . The landlady tells you that her husband Emmanuel is there to help and he is never at home, look for the chestnuts by yourself and to top it off forget about the internet, there is no coverage and the Wi-Fi often does not appear and if it does appear it is not even 3G. never go If I could rate 0 stars I would.

It was a perfect stay!However my reservation was cancelled they let me stay and I had a great experience!the room is perfectly cleaned and comfortable!only 10 minutes to eiffel tower and 30 minutes to champ ellese by walking!you can find any thing on the area and the host is very kind and responsible❤️

Great location, cleanliness and attention. They should change the mattress because at least in our room the springs were noticeable. With that it would be perfect. Otherwise highly recommended. Many services nearby. All the best :)
