AWFUL! Worst hotel of my life (and God knows how many I've stayed in). The photos are completely misleading. The staff is incompetent. The bed was filthy (covered in hair, crumbs, dirt...). Don't even look under the bed (it hadn't been cleaned since 50 BC). There was no lightbulb. Don't open the window facing the courtyard (it's an open-air garbage dump: smell included). The floor and table are sticky. There were small animals, like cockroaches (apparently, that's normal, according to reception). We looked for another hotel right after. The reception staff are UNBEARABLE; they refuse to speak to us or call the manager. They should invest in a cleaning lady and redo the photos of the rooms (I'll give you mine, although they're still far from reality). RUN AWAY!

Well, listen, we saw other people's photos too late… so we didn't even get to try it in the end, we were tired and our train was delayed. So we're giving everything an average rating because we didn't actually try it… But we did request a refund because we didn't show up (one hour after booking), which wasn't granted… it's not great, but it was stated, so oh well… okay.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel because the location is great and the neighborhood is lovely. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you're not going to be there and are just going to sleep. The shower didn't have hot water and the room smelled strange.

Avoid! The photos are absolutely not representative of the rooms. The room was dilapidated, we had two clean flat sheets and a DIRTY bedspread that was disgusting, as well as a DIRTY pink blanket with all sorts of stains on it. The pillowcases were yellowed, and the linen was very smelly. There were cigarette ashes on the shelf next to the bed, and the bathroom was really dirty... Sink not cleaned, shower in a pitiful state and bad drainage. Small bonus; hot water from time to time... Finally, we were pleasantly surprised to see that our things had been searched in the evening during our absence. We wanted to report it when we left but we did not find anyone to speak to. We chose this hotel for its location, it is very well located, that is its only advantage. In conclusion, sleeping two nights there was a real worry in terms of hygiene.

Good morning The room not maintained, all bathroom, left without towels or toilet paper, 4th floor without elevator but difficult stairs to climb!!!! Toilet in the room but the location of the WC is disgusting. In short, disappointed with the room and therefore with the hotel
