Perfect experience! Every staff member is so friendly and helpful that makes a wonderful stay. Welcome card, desserts and everything we need were delivered when we arrived in advance.

英文口音很難理解，感覺像聽法文，但人算親切只是沒什麼溫度，地方位置很好，但什麼都需要再確認不是很聰明，就很法國人那要做不做的死樣子

這家酒店是我住過大大小小的酒店，體驗感最差最差的一個. 沒有之一. 也是我至此拉黑的一家酒店. 首先是酒店衞生，我到了酒店辦理好入住後進了房間發現馬桶是臟的，我不知道是上個住客上的洗手間還是打掃阿姨上的，反正就是臟的，當時出於本人太累衹想休息，又覺得又要下樓講法語，這件事我就自己忍下了，自己沖了馬桶. 這是衞生做的不到位. 到了晚上我發現房門連個安全鎖都沒有，我超級沒有安全感，導致我用椅子堵着門，但其實也還是不太敢睡覺. 半夜的時候聽見樓下很吵，就是一些喝多酒的男男女女大聲吵鬧的聲音，窗户根本不隔音，導致我一夜未睡. 第二天的工作都沒辦法進行. 第二天才知道這家酒店地理位置是在***. 我當時要求酒店給我退掉另一晚的房費，不想住了，但酒店説退不了，我説那換個房間總可以吧. 酒店説滿房，反正酒店的服務態度差到極點，我不知道是對中國人這個態度還是怎麼樣，反正根本就不幫你解決問題. 因為本人以前也從事過酒店行業，也常常在外住酒店，包括去巴黎也不是一次兩次了，但這家酒店讓我覺得無論從衞生、服務、地理位置還是環境根本配不上這個價位. 真的很垃圾. 我衹想給零分.
