Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience. In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. Great hotel with amazing rooftop. Staff super helpful.

One of the best hotels in the Latin Quarter, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms with the Eiffel Tower view are the best ways to start and end your day. The balconies have enough privacy that allow you to get lost in the Parisian rooftops and watch the tower sparkle at night.

Rooms were pretty small and hard to move around, with a bit of an odor when you walked in. Space was modern but not as functional as one would hope, sliding doors didn’t work well and harder for anyone with large luggage to open
