It’s a new Boutique Hotel with very stylish deco, Clean !! The staffs are very polite and helpful !!! I can say you feel safe when you staying in this hotel. Central location, within 1 mins walk to Metro -Notre-Dame-de-Lorette - which offers direct transport to Saint-Lazare Train Station. It takes you 20 mins to Gare du Nord from hotel !! If you love shopping, the famous Shopping mall Lafayette and Printemp, it takes you 15 mins by walk from the Hotel Bloum. Very convenient and central in Paris ‘ I was staying for 6 days, the breakfast is very simple, without eggs and omelette, coffee is very simple too . Need to improve for the whole breakfast honestly !!! I will stay again if I come back to Paris again !!!!

Pigalle
It is located near Montmartre, so accessibility is good, but it is located on a hill, so it was difficult to bring luggage. Breakfast is provided, and the croissants were so delicious, probably because it's French! Instead, the room is very narrow...

I stayed in a large single room on the 4th floor. Comfy bed, great bathroom, good layout with thoughtful touches like USB ports in the lights by the bed. The staff is incredibly helpful and all seem to speak English. The location is great as it's a true Parisian neighborhood with excellent restaurants, patisserie's, bars, etc., close to the metro making exploring the city easy. The one downside is that my floor had several small rooms which may have been carved up from larger ones as the walls were paper thin. I'd just come in off the redeye from NYC and for the two nights I stayed there, I could hear TV's, loud conversations and general noise way past midnight. I ran into four men in their 20s when I arrived at my room whom I suspect were the culprits. I may've just had bad luck and it's very likely that the larger rooms on other floors don't have this issue but if you're not a night owl or traveling on business, be aware.

Pigalle
Overall, I was very satisfied. I only booked one night at the time, but a very handsome brother at the front desk directly gave me a family room. The catch is that the two family rooms next to each other are separated by a separate corridor, and the next room comes in and out at three o'clock in the morning. There was the noise of children as they walked around, and the door was closed hard. Interrupted to sleep. It also has something to do with personal qualities. After all, there are all kinds of people in tourist areas. Overall very satisfied

Stayed for four nights and was really satisfied. It was very convenient to go there. There were Wenzhou food around, haha, a full meal, and Internet celebrity French food, Internet celebrity ice cream shop, convenience store, and a key point, Paris. Red and blue buses have stops near here, and breakfast is enough for girls.
