The room felt very cold, sleeping on the side of the window, leaking air; and the air conditioner was not very hot, it felt like it was not turned on. The room is very small, very small

The hotel was very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of its location, size, cleanliness, and classic interior. First of all, the location was quiet, even though it was close to Avenue Montaigne. Of course, it was clean. The interior was wonderful, and as an interior lover like me, I learned a lot about the use of fabrics. The bedding was so comfortable that I bought the same pillow and comforter at a department store in Paris before returning home. The staff were all cheerful and kind, and I never had a bad experience. When I was leaving, my bag with my bedding in it broke, so the staff worked hard to reinforce it with duct tape. I'm very grateful! I think that the impression of a trip is determined by the hotel, the food, and the people you meet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Boutique hotel style, a small building hidden behind the shopping street, close to the Elysee Palace, good location, but you need to go a little around to get in and out. The suite I booked is quite large, but it faces a wall and a roof, there is no view, and communication is useless. The bathroom has double basins and only a shower, which is easy to leak out, and a drawer in the bathroom is broken. Except for drinking water and small potato chips provided on the first day of stay, Angelina's small candies were provided one day later, and drinking water was not replenished for the remaining 4 days (the extra fee for drinking water was charged at check-out) and snacks were not provided every day. It is still different from the boutique hotels I usually stay in. The service staff is still good, actively greeted us when we entered and exited every day, and helped us carry our luggage when we checked in and out.

I really enjoyed their service and excellent location.

The hotel is in an amazing location however was not as clean as we would have liked. Also when we arrived we noticed the AC in our room was not functioning however that said they put a portable unit in to cover this. It was noisy and meant we had to keep a window open at night so they offered a 30% discount which was really nice of the hotel. Recommended all things considered.
