Hotels near Villepinte Train Station, Paris

The room and hotel was very basic, but clean and quiet. The service was great we got all of our questions answered and all of our needs met. They provided me with a power plug because I didn’t have one at the moment when I entered the country. And I arrived at 11 at night so I was unable to get food anywhere else because public transportation wasn’t running. But they had a good delivery van service that they called to come and deliver my friend and I hot food. The location was the only problem only because navigating public transport was difficult but the staff were aware of the location and helped with directions and had Filiberto services on hand.

The hotel is very close to the airport making it very convenient if you have an early flight or if you arrived late and want a place to stay. It is also very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a mall nearby approximately 3mins walk where you can get food. I highly recommend the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I found a big Spider in the room. So disappointed with the room and bed ... Television program 📺 Limited ... It can be better done at the cleaning level. The parking place is a sparkling place. Fun and tranquill home ...

The male ticket said that the overall is still good, but from the hotel to the airport spent 20 euros of ticket money... I don’t think it’s worth it...

Decent stay. I arrived at the same time a tour bus arrived and despite being ALL Platinum, had to wait for that group to check in first. (Feedback to management: I believe ALL Gold and above do get precedence - neutral). Pro tip: if you arrive anytime past 7pm by metro RER, forget being able to walk to the hotel. (More on that below). When I did arrive at the check-in desk, the staff were very kind and sympathetic, and I appreciate them offering me an additional beverage from the canteen on top of my welcome beverage which would be served during operational hours at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed at the time of my check-in. (Neutral). Room itself is fine, a little bit rundown, but everything works and it is quiet. Check out was also smooth and throughout my stay, staff were kind, friendly and affable. For guests arriving in the evening, it is good to be mindful that the convention center and exposition that provides easy access to the hotel is closed from 7:30 PM onwards. In order to reach the hotel, I walked several kilometers on a busy highway. Total walking time almost 40 minutes. In conclusion, I don’t believe that this is an ideal hotel, unless you have a vehicle for point-to-point transportation. In that respect, I also believe that the price point is a little bit high for what this product is. (-1 point) I would certainly book a different hotel if I was to come back to this area again. Something in proximity to the station and/or services. Plus point: the menu at the Boucherie Restaurant looked delectable.

We have been here several times because the price is really attractive on trip.com. This hotel offers very good value for money. The staff is dedicated and friendly, especially at the breakfast level. However, it is to be deplored that there are some bad arrangements: on the evening of arrival, I am asked to pay the breakfasts already paid for online, then the tourist tax, when everything had already been paid online. And the next morning, it's a new receptionist who asks me again for the tourist tax, which in addition had been levied for two adults, when there is only one (and those under 18 are exempt). The whole crowned by a tel almost entirely discharged. There is no USB socket for people with only a charging cable, without a charger. Let a problem happen from time to time, so be it! But that there is one regularly, it is necessary to review the procedure with trip.com, in particular IT, because it is too time consuming and inconvenient for the customer. To wait x time already exhausted, around 11 p.m., then do it again the next day, this is not acceptable. In addition, I had to call trip.com myself (with an almost empty phone) so that the organization could justify itself to the hotel for the payment, or I would pay these services twice!!! Please also indicate where the room is located...because the signs on the ground floor did not indicate it.

It was perfect for me to get some sleep before catching my flight. They have a shuttle bus that take you to the airport. Very convenient. The room was not too big. But it was cleaned and just the right size for one or two people. Free breakfast and wifi.

Arrived CDG via TGV for next morning's flight. No information on the hotel website about where to catch their shuttle, so had to take 45 euro taxi to hotel (more than the room cost!). Shuttle the following morning - you have to pay for it, different from previous stays - only stops at Terminal 3 (also different). This is a long and inconvenient distance - especially with baggage - to my departure at 2a (or anywhere in Terminal 2.) Definitely would not recommend staying here as long as the shuttle does not make any stop at Terminal 2. No air conditioning during the European heat wave. Did not use 24 hour check-in. (Note: hotel only seems to respond to positive reviews.)

Séjour d'une courte nuit pour prendre un avion très tôt le matin. La chambre est confortable, beaucoup de rangements pour les vêtements, c'est même étonnant pour un hôtel d'aéroport donc de passage. Il aurait été préférable d'avoir une petite table pour prendre un encas à deux. En effet, le restaurant était complet, longue file d'attente, au point que nous avons vu plusieurs livreurs de sushi ou autre venir livrer dans l'hôtel. Compte tenu de notre heure de départ, il n'y a pas eu de petit déjeuner sur place non plus. La salle de bain cabine est certes petite mais fonctionnelle et propre, donc pour une nuit c'est très bien. Contrairement à d'autres hôtels de CDG dans lesquels nous avons déjà dormi, nous l'avons trouvé mal isolé, nous entendions beaucoup les bruits de circulation routière. Le terminal de l'aéroport le plus proche était fermé (Covid), je me demande quel est le bruit quand l'aéroport fonctionne normalement.

The 2 are identical and at my name for the same night ... I'm indicating that I actually tried to book Friday but that the site was stopped by getting to the payment. I take my chance on Saturday and this time it works, I receive a confirmation mail. I'explain this situation to the person at the reception who says to me not worry. The next morning I presented myself to the reception again and a gentleman told me it is good that the problem is resolved. except that I have to pay my room. He assured me saying that it was an advance and that I was not debited. Otherwise he made me notice that I had no ticket. So I pay again. I take my frozen yacht crusting ice crystals with my dry butterless bread (it happens) and from now I go back to the reception to thank you for your understanding. Except that the manager arrives who tells me that I finally got well settled the 2 nights !!! With him what I explained was not honest, that I'll have to cancel the second time. He never wanted to hear only to cancel, yet I should have known that I had booked 2 times. Therefore, I was deliberately mentied to make sure that I was setting up the 2 rooms... And if there could be worse, when I dare to claim at my return, calmly by mail trying to make understand the absurdity and the fact that I've got a little difficult to digest the Manœuvre for it to succeed in obtaining the payment of €2 X 136, I have the answer that in doubt, when the site rejects, you must call for ”in case of cancellation” if the reservation is finally passed and even when you don't receive any email.
