Basic furniture and no minibar. other thing just nice. we got the back view so dont expect much. Didnt manage to exeperience their swimming pool as only stay for one night and its a Hari Raya Aidiladha...the rest all ok...Sorry didnt have time to take photo too.

Clean rooms, clean sheets, clean floors, good service, close to places to eat, however the hotel parking is limited and shared with Billion supermarket parking.

The rooms are undermaintained. There is a window in our room but it is locked which makes the windows pretty much meaningless. There are a cockroaches and ants in the room. At least the hotel staff are very helpful when dealing with the ants and cockroaches. Hope the cleanliness can be improved.

Good location, easy access to restaurants/stalls, groceries, etc.
I'm quite not happy which a few times of my stay, I'm not getting Garden View. My booking didn't show my rooms details in full.

The checkin is fast. Breakfast can be bought at the checkin counter or walk-in. The Bed, aircond etc are Good. Easy Access to food court/ Restaurant/ Cafe. There is Billion supermarket, watson AT the D mall that is just beside the D hotel. Every aspect is excellent for me.

Nothing much to say because there is a very limited choice to stay in Bandar Seri Iskandar.
Upfront service is good but room cleanliness have to be improved.

Check in check out was disassterous. No people at the reception until I just left the room card on the table.

Easy access to mall and food also so many walking distance place and cafe for you to chill and eat. Walking distance to mcdonald and also easy to find clinic and pharmacy everywhere
