Nice stay. Good location. Breakfast also marvelous. Very recommended. Hopefully next time will stay here again

Generally good. It is better if handsoap is also provided in the bathroom. It will also be the best if shuttle bus is provided.

I love all of it frm receptionist .Housekeeping services and the breakfast was excelent.Im so enjoying the local foods they present.very recomended.in The middle of city .near the Ayani Mall n all the facilities just serrounding.Anytime to Pontianak i will be here to stay

Cannot beat the location of the hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Down side is the noise that came from guests living upstairs n next door making us did not sleep well. The room is not sound proof n would be a no no to light sleeper especially the noise came from karaoke outside that we could hear everynight. Rest we have no complaints living there.

This is the worst hotel ever. Don’t get tricked by the photo. The toilet is not clean and shower and everything else inside is rusty. Got woken up at 4am by so many noise and about to call the receptionist by the room phone only to find out that the phone is not even working and its only act as a fake phone. Please don’t waste your money to stay here and look for somewhere else.

Counter service is good and excellent, keep it up

The receptionist’s handwriting was very confusing — she wrote 514 as 519, which caused us to go to the wrong room. The next day, the room key stopped working, and my parents had to wait outside for more than an hour. We asked to change rooms, but were told the hotel was fully booked. Only after arguing and explaining that my parents are elderly and tired did they finally arrange another room for us. This shows there were available rooms all along, contrary to what they said. Lastly, the hair dryer provided was half broken, with very weak airflow and no heat. I spent more than an hour just to dry my hair. In conclusion, I will not return to this hotel again!
