Park Plaza Resort Park City a Ramada by Wyndham

Had such a cozy and wonderful time here at the Park Plaza! We went in early May and wasn't expecting snow but it made it quite memorable and romantic. Keep in mind this is a condo and not a hotel so don't expect hotel-type room service. Their indoor (central) pool, hot tub are still under renovation but that didn't deter us from having a fabulous stay. Location is also great and just across the street from Fuego Bistro and Pizzaria. This was our second time here and will defintely return!

Heater didn’t work properly wouldn’t warm the room. It was very noisy and had to run continuously. Took long time for hot water. Sink faucets were backwards for hot and cold. Staff said they would put electric heater in room but never did

Although the staff at this hotel was always apologizing because they were under construction, we were treated with every courtesy in the book. We were there for six days just relaxing and recuperating from recent medical trauma and all the staff we met were very accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and it was nice all the way from front to back! It's fine. Nothing extravagant. But more than acceptable. I'd stay again. They are renovating so I'm sure it'll only get better

Great Resort, near Park City Main Street and the free city bus system. The room looked newly remodeled with modern amenities: gas fireplace & balcony. Perfect off season stay, very quiet and clean. Secured off street parking is a plus and staff is very friendly.

Great location and very comfortable room. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out. We had a lot of closet space and drawers so we were not living out of a suitcase for the whole trip. I loved the fireplace and the view of the mountain. I was a little disappointed that the pool/hot tub was under construction so we were not able to use it. Otherwise, all the amenities were great. Loved the free laundry option and the shuttle made it very easy to get around town.

Spacious two bedroom suite. Clean, quiet, & comfortable. Fully equiped kitchen provided all we needed for a week-long stay. Comfortable bed and clean updated bathrooms. Great location in a very busy resort town. On-site underground parking a plus.

The pictures online are very deceiving. The inside area is very outdated and in the process of being remodeled. Would have been nice to know the pool and hot tub were closed when we booked rather than after the fact. The floors creaked so bad that we knew every time the people above us got out of and bed and everywhere they walked. We also did not know the air/heat in the rooms could not be adjusted below 68. Our room was so stuffy we couldn’t sleep at night and had to open the balcony door to get any relief. The pillows were so uncomfortable, I had severe neck pain our entire stay and that was after requesting more pillows during our stay. After trying 8, I considered buying one just for our stay. Usually don’t leave bad reviews but want people to be aware before booking.

The front desk was very friendly and eager to help. Trips can be stressful at first as far as logistics, but Appio helped me get everything situated in the morning, and got the shuttle ready for me. As well as Bree, she was quite friendly as well, and helped me with directions to get around Park City.
