We stayed at the Chateaux for one night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Our suite (room 418) was phenomenal! I think we had the best room in the hotel. The staff was attentive to every detail, and responded quickly to every request. Alex and Alex at the front desk were outstanding, and the bellmen were helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous and spotless with every amenity you could ask for. We really appreciated the unexpected complimentary services: shuttle service to downtown Park City, breakfast buffet, and nightly s’mores kits to make by the fires in the courtyard. We also enjoyed the pool: gorgeous view, service and lunch poolside. I’d highly recommend the Chateaux for a luxury getaway in Deer Valley.

Excellent stay at Chateaux at silver lake.
East shuttle to park city
Slopes 5 min walk away. Great ski shop in lobby.
Room clean. Beds comfortable. Quiet rooms.

The one store goes to the property manager, Mr. Alex we had a sweet booked at over $1000 per night unfortunately the room and the air condition and heater was making terrible noises all night banging. We contacted the front desk and they said they will take care of it. We were not able to sleep for two nights due to the noise finally after complaining so many times they fix the noise the manager refused to give us any courtesy discount or even camping. Anything during this can be inconvenience times.
I would not ever go back to that property. After two nights, they offered to change our rooms, but my sister was injured during skiing and she could not walk around to pack her bags or move around.
Overall, I left the resort upset, and I felt that my money went to waste, and I would never go back to that resort ever again

The guy who helped me to my room was great and then all downhill from there. Rest of the staff seemed uninterested or uninformed about trying to help with finding the 5 star hotel on property that shares same name. This dump shares a name with the hotel that comes up when you google it, but this was the dirty 3 star sister hotel. Beds were very uncomfortable and old and the room was "clean" but did have someone else's nose spray under the bed as well as an empty pop chips bag.

We love The Chateaux. The rooms are beautiful, amazing views, comfy beds, attentive staff, and delicious food. The buffet breakfast is great, seriously the best hot chocolate I have had other than in Switzerland!!! When we need some connection time, this is where we go.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service by the staff : Alex, Roxy, Roana to name a few. I highly recommended staying in this hotel. One minor critique: the coffee could be much better at the breakfast buffet.
