Best Hotels near Garden Center at The Home Depot, Parker

We've stayed here 3 times now for a week each time. The parking is good in spite of construction next door. The views are lovely on the west side. The E-470 toll road and Parker road cross-street are right there. The Denver area is easily accessible from either of these routes. This hotel takes pets but so far we've not had any noise issues from it. A family member came to stay one night and was able to bring her small dog. Each visit has been pleasant, quiet and comfortable. There's no complementary breakfast but the restaurant upstairs is available. There's plenty of eateries close by, as well as nice spots in the downtown Parker area. We'll be back.

This hotel is only 2 years old and looks very new. The staff were friendly and greeted us when we return to hotel. Pets are welcomed and were allowed in upper floor rooms. My niece brought two dogs. There were many complimentary parking places. Food Breakfast 6:30am-9:30am M-F, 7am-10am Saturday/Sunday on first floor next to lobby. Many people took the food back upstairs to heat the food in room microwave. There was only one microwave available to heat the various cold foods in food area. Mini Pancakes, mini waffles and mini burgers were in mini refrigerator Yogurt Oranges, apples but no bananas Cold peeled hard boiled eggs Cereal and oatmeal Muffins and pastries Juices, small bottled water Refillable water in fitness center Room Room Safe – (very rough estimate 12 inches wide and 10 inches deep; don’t quote me) Mini refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker Thermostatically controlled A/C and heating Shower control was nicely placed opposite the shower head Smart TV (Did not try pairing smart phone to TV) Free Wifi Iron Common Area Fitness Room – 1 cycle, 3 treadmills, 2 elliptical, hand weights; Two Business Computers with one printer Two elevators – No Room Key needed to use Clean Lobby/Breakfast Area Heated Indoor Swimming Pool (not searched)

I stayed at the hotel yesterday evening. Customer service was great! Immediately welcomed by the evening staff Owen and another young woman. I was provided with my key and information about the hotel breakfast and to contact the front desk with any needs. The room was clean and had makeup wipes (yasss!), Dove shampoo, Pur conditioner, Dove body wash, and Dove lotion in the bathroom. I checked out early for my flight and wasn't able to have breakfast. There weren't any issues with noise and the hotel is in great condition. Would definitely recommend and visit again. I got in late so didn't have a chance to look at the full hotel though I did see a nice fitness room. There is also coffee set up in the lobby 24/7 and lots of room to sit and chat with friends/family. Lastly, they have snacks you can purchase (candy bars, soda, water, frozen meals, etc). There is a Starbucks nearby.

Unbelievably bad service by Taylor, Front Desk Manager/Supervisor. When we came back to our room at the end of the night there were issues immediately. There was a missing lightbulb in one of the light fixtures, only one TINY trash can in the entire room, and the video cable for the TV was nonexistent. Along with the room just feeling like it was in disrepair, and had not received a deep cleaning in some time. These maintenance issues were remedied. The manager on duty at the time, a gentleman, was very accommodating and kind. As was the gentleman that came to the room, this would have been the night of April 21, 2022. Around 10PM when the complaint was placed. We did our best to enjoy our stay in the TINY overpriced and frankly not entirely clean room the best we could. The day before checkout another kind manager gave us a late checkout for the next day. I wish I had remembered his name, though I did not know I would be writing this review until the night of 5/12/2022, this evening. We noticed what turned out to be an improperly placed smoking charge on our card. We called to discuss our dispute with the manager on duty at the hotel. This evening, 5/12/2022, at approximately 7 PM. Taylor answered the phone. She was the manager on duty. She explained that the charge was for smoking in the room and that there was some sort of evidence in the room. I made it clear my wife and I don’t even smoke and asked for said evidence. Taylor immediately became argumentative and told me that “you can take that up with your credit card company”. I explained that I had worked in the hotel industry (I was a manager for a hotel company in San Diego some years ago) and that it is blatantly clear when someone had smoked in a room and that they must have gotten the room wrong she repeated that I would “have to take it up with them” and then she HUNG UP THE PHONE. She hung up on us. I called back, asked for her manager, she indicated that she was the manager and I tried to continue the conversation, asking why she had hung up on me. She said “because I was stating a fact and there is no dispute”. I explained that it is indeed a dispute, over the opinion of the hotel being I smoked in a room I hadn’t smoked in. SHE HUNG UP AGAIN. I called back, asking for the name of her General Manager. She said his abbreviated first name, and told me to talk to him in the morning and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I decided it might be nice to have his full name, given the fact that the issue had now become about her service, and not the fee, and that I wanted to make sure I talked to the right person. I called back, just asking for his last name, she HUNG UP on me again, I called back a final time, again asking for her managers name, and she again hung up on me. I called the neighboring property and obtained the General Managers full name. I placed a call with corporate customer support and opened a case regarding Taylor’s service. Highly recommend . Perfect for ”next day surgery” early morning, at Sky Ridge Hospital next door Super clean ! Ask for a room on the quiet side of the hotel, as it is near I 25 interstate. We & other family members have stayed here multiple times

I chose this hotel for its large rooms and kitchen. They have nice amenities, but there is no upkeep in this place. This place is not clean. I was there over 10 days. The staircases had the same dirt there. I mentioned a couple of times that the pool had to be cleaned, but was ignored. Basic maintenance. Nobody cleaned the pool from all the flies and other bugs that accumulate daily at a pool. And there were many, not just one or two. My son had to clean the pool daily himself with the net that was there. So lazy and disgusting! Almost every day we had to ask for pool towels, b/c there were never fresh ones provided in the pool area. How does a hotel not provide the simple basics? I think it is disgusting for everyone to leave their garbage outside their rooms for everyone to see. (They are not providing maid service now inside the rooms. ) At least leave black bags, so everybody doesn’t have to see everyone else’s trash. Breakfast is ok, but bagged and repetitive. And you can only pick up weekdays until 8:30! Come on, most breakfast is served until 9:30. Another thing they are being lazy about. The worst incident was that I was walking the hallway and I saw poop on the floor. I thought at first I imagined it, but sure enough I walked back a little later and there it was. I have never experienced this at any of the hotels I’ve been to in my life. (This hotel allows pets) I am very disappointed. A hotel’s job is to provide service.

Excellent customer service. Nice people

The front desk guy at check-in was a little slow - he had disappeared somewhere into the back, and it took him a while to come out to help us. There was a line several customers deep before he showed up. Once he came out and helped us, the process went quickly. The room was nice - all rooms are ”suites” and have a sitting area beside the bed area. The bed was huge and SO comfortable! We didn't utilize maid service since we were only there one night, but the room had been sanitized and was clean when we got there. (Signs are stating the room had been ”sanitized for your protection” in several locations.) There is no room service at this hotel, but many restaurants are close by for dining. We had a nice stay and will stay here again. We frequent this property once a month and have always had the same experience. I can recommend this hotel.
