GGuest UserStayed here for the second time. I had a pleasant stay here. The room is spacious and comfortable with a nice view. I also tried the dinner buffet, it was delicious. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and tidy, with complete facilities, a large bathtub, and very newly decorated. It has a mountain view room. The heating in the room is also sufficient. Even when it snows heavily, the room is not cold at all. Fruits are given in each room, and the oranges are very sweet. The breakfast is also very delicious. The service attitude is super good. The front desk upgraded the room for free. Because it is not very convenient for us to bring our baby, they also delayed our check-out. When we left, they also gave us a thermos cup and souvenirs.
Facilities: very complete

Staying at Lushan Hotel, I truly understood the joy of 'scenery and service, both picture-perfect.'
As soon as I got out of the car, a staff member came over with an umbrella, smiling as they took my suitcase and said, 'It's foggy on the mountain, watch out for slippery roads.' That one sentence instantly dispelled the slight chill of the mountains. During check-in, the front desk not only patiently explained the scenic bus routes but also quietly upgraded my room to one with a view of Guling Street at night. Opening the window, I was greeted by lush greenery and twinkling lights stretching across the mountains.
In the morning, wanting to try a local breakfast, the restaurant auntie, upon hearing I preferred light flavors, specially served an extra bowl of warm Lushan Yunwu tea porridge, along with a small dish of homemade pickled radishes – crisp and refreshing. When checking out, it happened to be raining, and the hotel thoughtfully provided portable rain ponchos and packed tea eggs, reminding me to 'have something to eat on the way and travel safely.'
From the thoughtful details to the considerate anticipation, Lushan Hotel makes a mountain journey more than just about the scenery; it's also about a comforting and caring experience.

LLeesa DaviesWe liked the nostalgic feel of the hotel. It makes you feel like you have gone back in time. The room is a little bit dated (shower screens need some attention), however it still had that touch of class. The front steps are a killer, however there is a lift to bring you up the level of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our heavy suitcases up the many steps. There is a bus station almost out the front of the hotel to tour the mountains many scenic areas. It is not in the shopping area of Kuling Street, but it's an easy bus ride to visit this area. We liked that there are a few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel as well. We were not able to use our foreign credit card and as we could not use WeChat pay, we needed to find another way to pay for the room with assistance from family with a Chinese bank account. I think it was because it is not part of a large chain of hotels and is in a relatively remote area. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserThe service of this hotel is way beyond excellent! Had us added their hotel communication through wechat immediately after booking, walked us through the steps and any questions that we have about the travel in lushan even non hotel related questions. Had a hotel driver that picked/dropped us from the cabal car station from/to hotel. Even guided us back to hotel when we ventured out in town at night and couldn't figure out which bus to take to get back :) The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is not in middle of town so was quiet and tranquil and hear the bird ”singing” in the morning and the night wind howling at night when we kept the window open. It is also walking distance away from the bus station for both the west and east line of the scenery right. Will definitely book them again when coming back to lushan in the future.

MM17656****There are more mosquitoes in summer, but the store also prepares mosquito killer lamps and so on. The hardware facilities should be considered very good in this environment. It is very suitable as a foothold at the bottom of the mountain. There is still quite a distance from the entrance of Lushan Mountain to the entrance of the cableway up the mountain. This B&B is the closest. It was already ten o'clock in the evening when we arrived at Lushan. Although we could drive up the mountain, we thought it was too dangerous, so we temporarily decided to stay here for one night and go up the mountain the next morning. It was wise. The store also sent a car to pick us up.
It is very close to the entrance to the ropeway and takes ten minutes to walk, but there is a ladder that is quite dangerous. Elderly people should be cautious and be careful with large luggage.
Free simple breakfast provided. There is an additional charge for exceeding two bottles of water per room.

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, the breakfast is delicious and has many varieties. The waiters are friendly and considerate, especially the cleaning lady, who is very enthusiastic. She gave me two more bottles of mineral water and recommended the hotel's tap water, which is mountain spring water. It tastes really good. The hotel is very close to Donglin Temple and can be walked there without worrying about traffic jams.

GGuest UserI checked in with the fantasy of seeing the stars in Yiduyun. Unfortunately, it was foggy that night and I couldn't see any. The hygiene is OK, but the soundproofing is not that good. It is much better after changing the room. Good location with a view. The young man from Henan who was in charge of the pick-up deserves a thumbs up, it was very hard work but he was very enthusiastic and helpful. The TV cannot cast the screen and there is no Internet TV. The zipper wasn't working so I asked the front desk for a candle but it didn't work, which was a little disappointing.

There are a lot of delicious food in the supermarket downstairs. There is a park nearby, but the room we stayed in was very quiet. Bedding It's clean and tidy. You can also hang clothes in the corridor outside. It's so nice to dry clothes in the natural wind. I'm most satisfied with this. The temperature and pressure of the bath water are very suitable. I stayed at the old conference site the day before and couldn't get a taxi when I came back at night. So I was very satisfied with this hotel. After climbing the mountain for a day, I felt less tired after returning to the room to take a shower and then go out to look for food. I was not worried about not being able to get a taxi back. The temperature on the mountain was very suitable! The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and even help to deliver it to the ropeway station, which is very good👍I will choose this hotel next time I go!
