Great hotel that looks like an apartment complex. Buffet Breakfast was simple, a few hot choices, and had daily pancakes so my kids were happy. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Small clean gym and outdoor pool with sitting area. The 2 bedroom was perfect with 2 ensuite bathrooms. Only complaint was that the sofa bed mattress needs to be thrown away and replaced as it was badly stained. So we just slept on the couch. Will stay again.

More than 10 hours from New York City, the car did not light off at the exit of 293, found this hotel area nearby, there are 3 hotels, this and the other are owned by Marriott, from Raleigh Uber 13 in the central area, we arrived at 6 o'clock in the morning, another best western hotel in the same hospital has to wait until 3 pm, but the front desk agrees to stay immediately, including breakfast, no need for any meal coupons, Marriott The hotel is fantastic! The Marriott Courtyard in Cary, NC is a well-maintained hotel with clean, comfortable accommodations. The front desk staff was especially welcoming, providing excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. A pleasant stay overall!

A very nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful front desk staff. There were not many places to eat nearby but if you had a vehicle this wouldn't be an issue.

Checking in and out was a breeze… the staff were very friendly and helpful.. the room was nice and clean… our biggest issue was parking…no spaces available both nights we stayed.. we had to park on the sidewalk like

The room and shower were comfortable and clean. The shower seat was helpful for use near the sink counter as well as in the shower. Breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold food and drink. The location was near the mall with many restaurant choices for dinner. The elevator was not working, but we were on the first floor.

I have booked this hotel for the second time on a business trip. It is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is very rich. The coffee, scrambled eggs and bagels are all the best. The service attitude is also very good. I will come again.

Location of the hotel is great, easy access to stores and highway. Plenty of parking. Check in was easy. However rooms and towels are only cleaned every 3 days unless you request it. Requested towels and cleaning on day 2 however it was not completed and had to go see the front desk upon return. Phone in the room did not work the entire time. Breakfast was decent.

Service was okay and location suited my needs. I got into the elevator and it reeked out **** right away. Went up to my room, it also REEKED of ****. I went back down, the guy was nice enough and moved me to a better room which worked out okay for my purposes. There was a baby going ballistic and screaming and crying all night. Seemed to be pretty low class people around but I guess this is what you get at this price point. Breakfast was super early (5-9), I ended up sleeping in and missed it. Was in town to see my sister so not too bad for the money, BUT next time I might spend a little more and opt for something much nicer.
