Simply amazing experience. I've never been treated as well. The facility, the staff, the location...spectacular. We had an ocean view 3rd floor view which was incredible (the weather was great). We enjoyed the full spa experience followed by the Tapas which was literally the best we've ever had. Hats off to chef.

The room was clean and tidy with a great view but the size of small relative to its price per night. There was only one chair around the table. The Grotto Spa was pricey and not met our expectations. There was a mandatory tip on our bill regardless of our satisfaction of the services we received. Do NOT recommend the Grotto Experience, if you have been at a competitor like Kingfisher spa on the island.

First time at this resort and I will plan to come back. The staff was friendly, the grounds were easy to walk around, especially the beach and the spa suite was simply devine. The only negative would be the hot tub is too small for the number of guests this resort accommodates

We’ve been here a few times and always loved it. Try the grotto. The food at the restaurant is amazing. The staff is very accommodating. This place is a great escape and recharge. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Nearby Parksville is a quaint charming little town as well.

Always a pleasure to stay in Tigh Na Mara friendly staff , excellent Rooms including pet friendly cabins, improved Grotta Spa experience with Saunas and outdoor Fireplaces. Top it off with endless tapas at the treetop Lounge and you have a wonderful time... Beach walks are essential with breath taking views. No wonder we continue coming back to this place year after year

This was my 2nd time staying, and first time bringing family. We had a great three night mini vacay in an oceanview suite which was stunning and really refreshing. Views were astounding to wake up to each morning and location is great for sitting and watching wildlife at high tide. We also ate dinner at the Cedars restaurant and the steak was top grade (even if our server had a bit of an attitude), However, we also found a couple detractions which I think the property could resolve with upping the value for the price of the rooms. For one---the spa which was newly renovated should be more affordable for room guests...we were already paying $350 a night. $90 for spa pool access is pretty outrageous for families. 2nd--it would also be great if there were a concierge or front desk service to connect with local activities and provide discounts. Example--horne lake caves. 3---checkout service, the front desk agent felt cold and a little uncaring---perhaps it was busy and she was a little too pragmatic. But overall I would probably return with my family, but not during peak season when room rates appear to push towards $500. Coming during the cozy season is just fine.

From check in to check out we had a wonderful stay at this natural/beautiful resort. My wife and I were actually returning for our fourth trip and stayed in a remarkable cottage equipped with two fire places, a full kitchen suite, comfy king-sized bed and a jetted tub steps away from said bed. Very quiet, very romantic; this was a lovely get away. The friends and family who have made the trek to Tigh-Na-Mara have always thanked us for our recommendation.

Our first time at Tigh-Na-Mara and we stayed in one of the newly renovated Oceanview rooms. The view or the room on its own rate 5 star but put them together and we give it a 10. The most comfortable bed and spa touches throughout. Great staff, loved it!
