Great apartment, had everything we needed and was in a great location for accessing the CBD. Pre authorisation has taken almost a month to be returned for which lets the hotel down, although would not let this put you off as everything else is great!

The room is clean and tidy, and the transportation is convenient. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the railway station, and it takes about 20 minutes to drive to and from the city center. About 25 minutes walk from Melbourne Zoo. Nearby restaurants have to walk 15 minutes away, which is a bit inconvenient.

It feels like a hotel run by Chinese, no breakfast, free parking, split air conditioner for heating, too loud when turned on, cold when turned off... facing the street, it is a bit noisy at night, just put the key in the room in the morning and you can go.

We stayed for 6 nights. Bed was comfortable and room was well, equipped and clean. Everything in walking distance and you can take plastic plates and cutlery from Reception if needed. We received new towels and shampoo every day but nobody cleaned the floor or the bathroom during our stay.
