No muy lejos del centro. Las camas cómodas, incluso la supletoria. Baño completo y moderno. Buen desayuno. Una pena que no tuviera parking, aunque hay uno púbico justo en frente no muy caro.

Hotel del design carino e piacevole ma per essere un 4* i servizi non sono io massimo.
In camera faceva davvero troppo caldo e non era possibile accedere area condizionata.
Colazione davvero misera e con una qualità davvero bassa.
Camera piccola ma pulita bene.

Last year I had an extraordinary stay at the Sina Centurion Palace in Venice and so I was very much looking forward to staying at the Maria Luigia Palace in Parma. Sadly the Parma hotel is abysmal! It’s old, dirty and the staff barely helpful. Despite what the website says the hotel’s restaurant Maxim is most certainly not the best restaurant in Parma. Most nights we stayed there was never any one in the restaurant for dinner at all. And the included breakfast was just acceptable. Our room was in the attic and it was horrible. Not like the pictures on the website. It was very hot and the thermostat in the room did not work so we had to leave the room door and window open at night. The bathroom was so dirty - there was black mold all around the edges of the tub. Leaking signs coming from the skylight. Old tired furniture.

Il mio punto di riferimento, è uno dei migliori hotel di Parma come servizio e ubicazione perché è vicino alla stazione e sufficientemente distante perché posto su una una strada tranquilla, il personale è cordiale e disponibile, buona la colazione

Struttura decadente ,avrebbe bisogno sicuramente di un bel restauro ;da fuori non sembra male e la hall è molto spaziosa ma le camere …la camera vecchia e sporca ;il bagno sporchissimo tanto che sono stata cambiata di camera ,la seconda camera sicuramente molto più nuova ma molto sporca . Pessima esperienza .

Eravamo due famiglie con bambine e cucciolo, servizio perfetto. Vicinissimo al centro e a un parcheggio multipiano, quindi posizione perfetta sia per girare la città, sia per muoversi. Buono anche il ristorante provato per cena una sera.

La ns sistemazione x 3 adulti, una junior suite, molto accogliente. Potrei solo suggerire di inserire una mensola in più nel bagno. Hotel silenzioso con spazi comuni molto belli. Sala colazione ampia con buona scelta tra il dolce e il salato. Forse sostituirei la macchinetta che distribuisce le bevande calde. Meglio potenziare in questo senso il servizio al tavolo. I prodotti esposti erano freschi e di qualità. Molto gentile ed efficiente il personale sia in sala colazione che alla concierge.
