Great location just off the A1.
Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us.
The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi.
The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed.
The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks.
Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

This is where I slept for one night before going to Milan.
This is by far the worst hotel service ever.
Still, cleanliness and facilities are not bad.
However, given the attitude of the reception staff, I will never visit this hotel again.

Large and recently renovated room. Large bathroom. Loggia for all rooms. Ample parking but the best part is the staff. Kind, professional, very good. I had a very good time. Good breakfast. Without a car, however, it is difficult because it is a bit out of the way but they have bikes. Electric car charger. Nothing is missing! I recommend it

It is a modern hotel with beautiful spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only flaw is the distance from the center. The area in which the property is located is not the best. However, I recommend it for business trips

The hotel offers all the comforts you could ask for, the only flaw is the location which although not far from the center (about ten minutes on foot) is in an area which, especially in the evenings, if you are on foot, is not of the best. Really excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
