Sono arrivata dalla Puglia e ho scoperto questo Residence dall’atmosfera del 700 con rifiniture ed estetica molto curata. Il servizio è stato ottimo, e mi sono sentita come a casa. Le camere erano abbastanza spaziose e riflettevano quello che mi sarei aspettata dal prezzo. Era compreso, inoltre, parcheggio sia esterno sia interno, potendo parcheggiare l’automobile in una posizione comoda e vicina all’appartamento. Altri punti molto forti sono la pulizia eccellente, la lavanderia gratuita, l’angolo cottura in camera ben fornito e Wi-Fi velocissimo. Categoricamente uno dei migliori di Parma per chi cerca qualcosa di non troppo costoso ma comunque pratico e accogliente.

ho soggiornato in una camera del residence nel periodo di inserimento presso la nuova società per cui lavoro. Posto carino e camere fornite del necessario utile a vivere il quotidiano. Bagno leggermente datato e zone comuni non particolamente funzionali.

The house & the rooms are pretty nice, the location is pretty good, just a 30 minutes walk to the center. Great to have a private and secured parking. WiFi / Internet was pretty good. All in all a very good accomodation, but, the cleanliness of the bathroom (especially shower screen) must be improved.
