Ottima posizione, camera funzionale e pulitissima, proprietari gentilissimi . Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Lo consiglio soprattutto a chi va a Parma senza macchina, si è in pieno centro a due passi da tutto. Zona centrale ma piuttosto silenziosa

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, pulito, silenzioso. Vicino al centro e alla stazione. Possibilità di farsi un caffè. Comodo il check in on line, anche se io preferisco interagire col personale (molto gentile) che abbiamo conosciuto il giorno della partenza.

Personale molto accogliente e disponibile, stanza molto confortevole, pulita e silenziosa. Pur essendo posizionata al centro di Parma è ubicata in un posto silenzioso, con pochissimo traffico. C'è il necessario anche per il caffè e quindi la colazione. L'arredamento mette allegria e crea uno stato d'animo di serenità grazie ai colori molto vivaci. Consigliatissimo.

De mars 2023 le changement du gérant et le nom a été changé à «Parma Room Station». L’emplacement très pratique (15 min. max à pied de la gare avec la valise, sinon même 10 min. pr ceux qui ont des grandes jambes :) et tout près du centre-ville. Dans un quartier résidentiel et tranquille. La chambre est propre et climatisation fonctionne très bien. Le matelas du lit est extrêmement confortable. La grande salle de bain fonctionnelle brille d’éclat. J’ai du mal à ouvrir la porte de l’appartement par les clefs à distance en ligne. Quand vous ouvrez le portail de l’immeuble, ouvrez la porte d’appartement aussitôt, restant prêt de la rue où la connexion internet 4G / 5G arrive. N’attendez pas d’arriver devant la porte, car à l’intérieur de l’immeuble, il n’y a pas trop de connexion. Pas de petit-déjeuner mais il y a la machine à café dans la chambre. Ça aurait été encore mieux s’il y avait un petit bouilloire pour ceux qui ne boivent pas de café et préfèrent le thé. La cafétéria en face de Viale Toschi est fermée le dimanche. Si vous venez en weekend, prévoyez où prendre le petit-déjeuner. Moi, j’avais acheté des pâtisseries la veille. (Alla Pasticceria siciliana i Cinque Sensi!) On a eu une petite fuite du bac à douche. On l’a signalé à un des gérants très sympathique et réactif. Il a détecté d’où ça venait et a réparé tout de suite. Lorsqu’on est rentré le soir, le problème a été réglé. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Pour un passage ou un weekend à Parma, je reviendrai.

Breakfast, as they call it, with coffee machine with pods at the entrance of the reception/hall, and some packaged products placed in a basket near the entrance. Noisy room and not so quiet neighbors, with people coming and going at night. Rude and rude owner.

Highly recommended structure. Very helpful and kind staff. Very clean rooms, essential furniture, brand new and very comfortable bathrooms. A note of merit in particular to the cleaning girl: an extremely helpful and friendly person. Recommended for anyone looking for a room and a fair price, close to the center and with all the essential comforts for a peaceful and pleasant journey.

Apart from the location, halfway between the city center and the station, this port has nothing good about it. It is simply a large renovated 4-5 room apartment on the first floor of a large building inhabited by condominiums and offices with a landlord license. The room is on the first floor and every time you wait for a friend you have to leave the apartment where the rooms are, enter the hall of the building and open the door to let your friend in, as the door from inside the room and of the apartment does not open. The AC doesn't work, crazy hot all the time. Mattress background and very uncomfortable. Blind bathroom with fan that doesn't work and doesn't suck up bad smells but just a lot of confusion even at night and doesn't let you sleep. Nice little boy at the reception. Very uncomfortable windows with rope shutters like from the 50s, very hard and very tiring to pull up. Breakfast with packaged croissants and a wafer that makes an undrinkable coffee. I certainly don't rent a room here, it's much better to go to a hotel, it's more comfortable and more peaceful.

The rest is best left alone. These are 5 rooms located on the first floor of a building in Via Paciaudi. The room was small, ugly, TV that didn't work, on the first floor so if you open the curtains you can see the passage of pedestrians and the pedestrians look at you curiously. Slow Wi-Fi, noisy air conditioning. In short, forget about comfort and relaxation. The point is that there is no receptionist for a good part of the day and all night. Guests are left with three keys, one for the room, the other for the door of the apartment in which the 5 rooms inside the building are confined and the last key to open the door of the building. In our case, we arrived in the morning, we left the documents with the guy at the reception, and then nobody was seen at the reception until the morning of the following day. The neighbor, undoubtedly a polite and well-mannered person, welcomed guests on average 1 every 2-3 hours. That is, guests, for whom he went to open the main door, let them enter the building, made them accommodate in the apartment where there were 5 rooms including ours, and then made them accommodate in his room, guests who were not to leave no document as there was no one at the reception, guests who spent no more than 30 minutes and half an hour in the room with her. This went on throughout the night, disturbing us for not being able to rest. We therefore recommend that you avoid this place and stay in one of the many hotels nearby. At least, if there are any problems, there is someone at the reception!
